Had a good experience having breakfast at EATS. Drove up from NYC and found a family type restaurant. Definitely will revisit the next time I’m in Springfield, MA
I am mid-meal and just had to 5 star this place over this asparagus cheddar soup! The daily specials are always changing so you know things are fresh, the food is always consistently great, and the pickup times I get are always accurate no matter how busy it is (which it is every time I go). You can get a pretty healthy meal which is rare commodity for the area, but you can also get just good ol comfort food. I also love that this place puts a little mint in the iced green tea, too. So refreshing.
Have gotten really good breakfast and burgers from here. Only issues I have is their location with respect to my normal route coupled with their limited open times and small seating area. That being said, if you happen to find yourself traveling by Eat around lunch or breakfast, do yourself a favor and place an order to go;)
Had breakfast here earlier this month with my officiating crew before a college game in Springfield MA. TINY hole-in-the-wall place that was fantastic. Two people worked the place, one cooked the other did everything else. Boy did they do it right. Fantastic food, huge portions, good coffee. Go here. I may be jinxing myself as I think they MAY be able to seat 15 to 20 at any given time.....this review may create lines out the door, and spoil my little secret.
Words fail me to express just how floored I am about the quality and complexity of bliss I experienced dining here today for the first time. It's amazing to me that it could be this convenient or affordable. Cheap, Fast, Good, pick 2? No, EAT gives you ALL THREE. If good things come in small packages, this little brunch pad is a quantum singularity of culinary excellence.
Best egg white omelette ever. Fresh ingredients, great care taken to prepare food. Everything we ordered was tasty and high quality. Portions are customizable. Welcoming, friendly and clean. Excellent place for food, leaving you feel good
Do not judge this place by its cover. It's small and the outside is not the best looking but the food is delicious! I had the irish benedict and my partner had the bacon guac toast. Both were well portioned and flavorful. I highly recommend this place for breakdast.
Earlier this week I had the opportunity to speak to the owner, Robert Lindsey, and he said "you won't be disappointed" if I came in for breakfast this weekend. I appreciate that level of cockiness in someone that's going to feed me. And I was definitely not disappointed. It was the tastiest breakfast I've ever had.
We got the chicken & waffles, a giant grilled blueberry muffin, and a bacon/egg/cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel. The chicken was so crispy and well seasoned and the candied bacon on top was delectable. The maple syrup was heated up and had cinnamon in it. The breakfast sandwich was everything I imagined it would be with a generous amount of bacon and well prepared eggs. The muffin was huge because it was clearly baked in a ramekin or something and had a more cake-like consistency without being heavy. I loved everything about it.
It's a cozy little place with less than 10 tables, but we were able to get a table immediately and they do take out orders as well. 10/10, will be going back. Worth every penny.
Just stop by to grab a burger in between a training. I planned on only eating half my cheese burger but ended up eating the whole thing. It was simple but yet flavorful with fresh ingredients. I also ordered a side of fruits and everything was perfectly ripe and sweet. Hats off. Thank you.

I got the chicken and waffles and really enjoyed it. I really liked the flavored maple syrup. That was a nice touch. The portion size was great!
