The coffee is gourmet and strong.

They have seasonal flavors to meet my wife for sure not to miss.

I highly recommend it if you are a coffee lover.

Best cup if coffee in western mass. Worth the long wait in line. Great customer service always fresh baked goods. Excellent place to chill out and read. Take a bag of soecial coffee home with you

Loved the food and coffee! Also, the people are very nice. I stopped in on my way thru to Vermont from Lenox Mass, ordered a wonderful caffeine concoction and a sandwich. Went to pay... declined... omg! Called the bank and someone in Cuba, had cleaned out my bank account! I went to cancel my order but a patron had paid for my bill already. I've paid for others before quite a few times but this was the first time I was in the receiving end and it really warmed my heart. Luckily, I had filled up my car before my account was drained so I was able to make it home but just barely. Disaster averted.

Coffee and other drinks are OK. placed an online order of two drinks and a bagel and it took 45 minutes, and I was only one of 3 customers. Everyone else was just as frustrated with the wait time as me, and everyone inside seemed to just be sitting around looking at the orders instead of fulfilling them. Employ people who aren't teenagers and i'm sure it won't suck as much. This is the like 12th time I've had wait time this long.

Amazing food and service. Went here on the way to the ski mountain. The online ordering was not working so we called and in the order and it was almost ready when we arrived ten minutes later. Great selection of food and drinks.

This location is the best of this local chain. Every time I go the coffee is made just right and the staff are super friendly. Plus very convenient spot if you are local to the area!
