Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters

Excellent coffee. Their pastry is awesome and has great dough/filling ratio (especially their chocolate croissant and danishes are topnotch). And their breakfast sandwiches are great. I especially recommend the Shelbrune Falls bagel.

Stopped by for a snack and to stretch out legs, on way home from VT.. two cinnamon buns to have for breakfast and two peanut butter cookies for now. Hubby said best peanut butter cookies he's ever had and I agree.. worth the stop.
Ps next morning, cinnamon buns were delicious.

Friendly welcome. Nice selection of coffees and treats to eat. Plenty of parking nearby.

Nice spot on the way to Berkshire East Ski mountain. Got a mocha latte which was well made. Friendly staff and the baked goods/breakfast sandwiches looked awesome but I did not get any.

Went twice during our local visit. Got the Hadley with Bacon on an English Muffin and two different hot drinks. One trip had a Chocolate Croissant. The food was fantastic and great service. I would be here all the time if we lived up here.

Weekenders beware!!!!! LONG WAIT! 😕

Honestly I wish I could come here without any issues since the food and coffee’s so good, but it’s just too much of a hassle!

Since everything’s so great, the line is always incredibly long on the weekends. Be ready for a 15 minute wait in line for coffee, 30+ minutes if you order food.

ORDERING AHEAD-
If you’re thinking you can order ahead, it’s only possible if you download their app, register, and wait for a confirmation email.
-They do not take orders over the phone on the weekends.
-Their website errors out when you finally get to the page to click submit order.

At least when you finally put the order into the app, it generates a pickup time and will text you updates.

Lots of other local coffee & breakfast spots on the same road, so we’ll be moving on to a different place.

First stopped in here a about a month ago and had a good experience, great coffee and food. Was camping out on the Mohawk Trail this weekend and decided to take the family up for coffee and breakfast. Coffee and hot chocolate came out in a timely manner, but it wasn't as good as our last visit, so consistently seems to be an issue. After receiving our drinks we were advised to go outside and our food would be delivered at the take out window. After about half an hour a gentlemen came to the window with what I thought was my order even though it was not complete. After reviewing the food I had received I realized it was not what I ordered and brought it up to the gentlemen at the window and told him what I was waiting for. He disappeared for moment then came back and said he had no record of that order and that although I had already paid for it I could go back inside and reorder. He did not offer to check on anything for me nor do anything that resembled customer service. I had to go back in get in line and wait another 10 minutes to be able to talk with the girl who took my order and verify that I did indeed order and pay for the items. At that point they went into the back and got to work on it. All said and done, I waited 50 minutes for 2 bagels and 2 breakfast sandwiches.

Excellent gem, and very safe Covid procedures in place (enter on the right for one-way)! The seasonal drinks all looked delicious and my apple puff pastry was phenomenal. The tomatoes on my sandwich were probably the tastiest I've had all year, too!

i went to shelburne for a dance competition and we stayed at an airbnb near by. we came here for coffee and breakfast and it was amazing. the food and drinks are great and the shop its self is very cute inside and out.
