A cafe with the best vibe and friendliest, most down to earth people in Salem. Definitely drop in for laughs and high quality coffee.

It's not specifically on the menu, but order "coconut milk latte with Woodruff syrup", especially if you want an apple-y seasonal fall drink. Not excessively sweet, and the flavor compliments and enhances the espresso.

How can you not stop at this coffee place? From the second you walk in, you get a sense of their uniqueness and simplicity. And once you sip their cappuccino, it all fits together. We didn't try one of their seasonal lattes, but I definitely will the next time we visit. Nicely positioned near Salem center, with tranquil outdoor seating, Odd Meter is the perfect "sit & chill" on a Sunday morning.

We picked up 2 drinks to go since we couldn't find parking and there was no wait to order, but waited about 5 minutes for the drinks. The menu is very creative and diverse!! Staff are super friendly and keep is lively with a fun vibe. The door was quite heavy (or I am very weak ;) so I spilled one of our drinks while I was leaving and they promptly made me a replacement and cleaned up my mess! I felt terrible, but they were very sweet. We will always come back here when in Salem.

This is a must go-to stop in Salem. It’s the best latte I’ve ever had, but even better was the POSITIVE CULTURE! Andy, the one with yellow hair, had such a wonderful energy, was polite to patrons and staff alike. I thought Andy was the manager, but nope, just great energy, organization, and teamwork! All the staff we’re genuinely pleasant and respectful to each other. Loved the vibe. I wish I had a place like this at home to always start my day with that energy.

Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, speedy baristas who clearly know what they are doing. What more do you need from a cafe? Check them out!

This is the best location for coffee and lattes in downtown Salem. There are lots of other options nearby, but you won’t find the same quality at any of them.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. When I had an issue that they couldn't help me with, they directed me where I could go. I got one of their spring coffees and it was made perfectly. The caramel, espresso and milk were shaken (not stirred) to perfection. They really take pride in what they do and it shows. I had an already stressed morning and it made it all worth it. I would 100% recommend Odd Meter to Everyone. The location is perfect. I just can't say enough about how much I adore Odd Meter Coffee.
