Marylous Coffee

coffee is constantly wrong, staff is rude and poorly trained, management is never present or available. been a customer for years and have only consistently had these problems at the sagamore location.

Think it's much better than the other choices Can't beat the flavors! Iced Minty Lou with whip.... Dreamy The staff is pleasant and polite at all locations Order is always correct If you like breakfast sandwiches, definitely try their signature

Very friendly and helpful staff. I only got a regular cup of coffee, it was very good. I left happier than when I came in partly because I got coffee (I'm always happy when I get coffee), but mostly because of the attitude of the staff. Definitely a great place to get your coffee fix.

Always pleasant though always a little frenetic. Marylou's delivers consistent quality coffee with a whole bunch of fancy whipped cream and syrup add-ons.

Definitely prefer them to Dunkin', though i wish the baked goods/pastry selections were fresher and not just US Foods wrapped wholesale stuff.

Repeatedly gets order wrong. Ordered a coffee with cream only. No cream. Ask for cream in it and get home to find a pile of sugar in the bottom. Every time. People make mistakes and that ok - it’s just coffee - but the training at this location seems to be non-existent. It’s disappointing to spend over $4 on a coffee since the price increase only to have to throw it out or drive 20 minutes back.

Been a longtime Marylous customer for yrs without any complaints. Was just wondering, I was at the drive thru today and the customer in front of me at the window was having a discrepancy with the transaction. I then go ahead and get my coffee and danish. Now I know every so often then prices of food etc go up. For months the price where I go has been 4.83 for a coffee and the danish. Today the employee says, that'll be 5 dollars. So you're telling me now coffee went up in a $0.17 cent increment?!? Any time I have ever seen an increase in price it would be marginal with a few cents. I know it was for the cost of the coffee because on the danish wrapper the same price was labeles like it has always been and was the same price as well. I didn't even question it, bought it, and scrammed. Was sitting there already for almost 10min. My 2 cents is all.

Fresh coffee every time. Staff is well caffinated and chipper, to say the least. I've never eaten here, but the coffee is good.

I just got a drink from here. Now I've never been to this one specifically, but I always order the exact same drink no matter which Marylou's I get to occasionally they are made a little incorrect. Usually they put milk and it even though I specifically asked not to. this time however I got a drink and have no understanding of how it looks or tastes the way it does and on top of that they charge me an additional dollar Over what is supposed to be charged me. Again I know this because I get the exact same order every single time.now not only did I spend more money than I should have, the money I spent was a complete waste. I am b*******.
