We had a horrible experience here today, and there were all sorts of problems. First, we weren't greeted at the door, and had to wait a while for someone to even tell us to write our names on a paper for wait list. I believe they were understaffed, which wasn't the waitress's fault... so I don't blaim her for the slow service per say. But, with that being said, even though my husband's order was good and kid's was, too, mine was taken down wrong- the French toast wrong, eggs fairly cold (cheese wouldn't even melt when mixed in), and bacon was missing. I told waitress about the French toast right away, and the bacon a few minutes after that... it took forever and a day to get the right kind of French toast (basically till we were ready to leave), and I actually NEVER got the bacon, ever... it was at least a half hour after telling her it was missing, and we ended up leaving the restaurant with them just reducing the price of the french toast side by $1, (they missed charging my son's hot chocolate, although I think that was just an error) and they reduced something by like $3. I worked in a restaurant for years, and with all that back and forth, they definitely should have removed the charge for that whole meal, which they would not do... AND to top it off, while I was speaking to the waitress about the tiny amount I saw removed after all that hassle (mind you I still didn't have the bacon) another older waitress (or manager... I never found out who she was) piped in and actually said to me "you've been complaining ever since you got here", which #1: wasn't true, and #2: you DO NOT speak to a customer that way... all I wanted was my food, and it just continued to never come, and I was understandably asking about the status of it a few times. The bacon should have taken MAYBE 5 minutes after realizing that it was missing. Dear God, you do NOT speak to a customer that way... it was absolutely unacceptable! We were honestly just trying to get on with our day at that point, so I didn't ask for a manager, which I'm kicking myself for now, but I hope this information gets to the right channels and something there changes. All I know is that it was a terrible experience, and we are NEVER going back there. At most restaurants they would have apologizing for all the mistakes and delays, and bending over backwards for the negative experience by taking more off our bill with a smile on their faces.

Mehhhhh. I came here on an off-season time of year (December).

Pandemic restrictions are still in play, but was able to get a seat with no wait at prime brunch time, so that was great.

Service leaves much to be desired. 8 minutes from sitting to getting a menu. Ordered a dish with bacon (server confirmed bacon to be inside rather than outside the omelette), but the bacon was left out when she brought it out. Not a big deal, was going to order a side of bacon once I'd noticed, but the server never returned to the table from the time she brought the order out, to the time when we were set to pay, about 35 minutes.

Didn't complain about the bacon upcharge that was on the check, only because they'd forgotten to charge for coffee.

The food was pretty good though. A lot of potential in this place.

Great little place near the water front. We love Kaleigh the waitress!

I love this place, I come here every time I'm in Plymouth. They have great food, reasonably priced, and just a couple blocks from the waterfront. Everyone on staff has always been kind and lovely, and the atmosphere is sweet and calming.

Excellent food and quickly seated our party of 6. With three children, it was a great choice for kids. The kids meals were good sized and our food was delicious. The crunchy French toast was excellent and the 7th Heaven sandwich had an excellent pesto sauce. The burrito was good as well.

Very clean, helpful/ friendly staff. Chicken salad wrap with french fries was delicious.

Hands down one of my favorite breakfast places in town. Nestled right near Plymouth rock, it has really good coffee, amazing eggs and hash and my kids love the stuffed french toast! Always a 5 star from us!

Overall bad experience and don't think I will try this place again. The wait was ridiculous, almost an hour to receive my order of eggs and toast. My bacon was disgusting. It was cold and the best way I can describe it was stale. And tough almost like it was microwaved... The staff is rude and completely ignored me several different times. I simply needed change for a $20 and asked a waitress standing by her computer where I should go to get change.... she looked at me then went back to what she was doing and acted like I didn't exist leaving me to just wander around and figure it out myself. The price of my breakfast (which I seriously didn't even eat close to 1/2) was outrageously high for the poor quality of service and food I received! This was a horrible first impression!

I wish I could give a zero star. Unfortunately I can't speak to the food but just to the help. My husband and u arrived with our 4 year old for lunch. Lots of outdoor seating was a plus and the waitress earned us about a BEE problem. Well we found a table in the sun with no bees (thinking we were fortunate ) . But she refused to serve us in that location . She told us we could only sit under the tent, I responded and said Where the bees are ? And she said YES! Awful customer service. We decided to dine elsewhere.
