Be aware that the home fries have a nasty coating on them that taste like barbecue Pringles. The corned beef and hash omelette was not an omelette. I don't think the cook knows what that is. My meat was all mixed in the egg and then flipped and folded. They say eggs any style I requested an omelet with egg whites only and all they have is egg beaters.. The stuffed French toast was also complete fail. They forgot to put all the stuff inside. Food 👎 waitress was nice .

Omg what a cute place! The staff was so sweet. The drink menu is so cute, and even something as simple as pancakes they managed to make cute and fun. Parking is available and outside eating. I can't wait to put this on my regular spots when the sun and warm weather comes back. In the mean time, it will be my new weekend brunch spot on the weekends.

First time here, will not be the last by any means. I got to taste everyone's dishes and everything was sensational. I recommend the French toast and the hot sandwiches are filling and scrumptious, could not pick a favorite. I am going back to try the breakfast burritos and the vegetarian wrap. If you want fries, you need to order them as a side, the sandwiches came with a high pile of potato chips and a large quarter of a crisp dill pickle, the fries were good, do not get me wrong, but you get a sharable portion of chips with your sandwich. Try the Water Street Cafe, what they lack in views they make up in quality that you can taste food.

Always a pleasure at the WSCafe.
Breakfast and waitress were terrific.
Love going there after the tourist depart.
But will sneak in as soon as they open.

2019: Service is happy to be there, food is great with good sized servings, great cup of coffee.
2020: Great outdoor seating. Pro Tip: ask for peppers and onions with your home fries and they're three thumbs up. Banana bread french toast is everything you'd expect and more. Friendly service. I got take-out a week ago and it was alright, the bacon taste better when you eat it there. To be fair, I was hungrier today than I was when I got the take-out. Would recommend to a homefry.

Our server Kameron was seriously amazing. After a lot of bad experiences in Plymouth, this was such a relief! Food, service, and outdoor seating were incredible. Come grab the best breakfast in town people!

This is a comfortable neighborhood restaurant with great attention to Covid restrictions... and the food is great! I had the crunchy French toast (which was novel for me) and my wife had an omelette. Both were delicious, the service was friendly and quick.
