Why have I not eaten here sooner?! My wife and I went this evening, and were super impressed from the time we walked in until the time we left. While the food was MAGNIFICENT and the portions were very large, what was really outstanding was the service. The hostess was extremely friendly and the waitresses went above and beyond! We arrived late (we were the last customers of the night just after 9), but that had no impact on the outstanding service. We had just received our meal when everyone in the dining had left, and we had our 3 month old who was a little fussy. A waitress offered to hold our baby so my wife and I could eat at the same time (those with children know how huge this is)!
We will DEFINITELY be back and will recommend Grazie to all of our friends.

Took my mother here for her birthday dinner a couple of weeks ago (7/2) and was not disappointed. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. We ordered the braised short rib gnocchi appetizer and each got a perfectly cooked filet mignon as our entrée.

They were very compliant with the current COVID-19 stipulations and I did not at any point feel as though my health/safety was at risk.

I wish I lived closer so that I could eat here more often.

Have only been once but overall was a great experience. Fried calamari & Caesar salad were awesome, pasta puttanesca was ok. Restaurant was pretty busy and loud but the vibe is nice and our waitress was wonderful. We will be back!

Very good.....very large portions.....the fried ravioli for the appetizer was tasty as well! Good service...and reasonably priced....enjoyed the background jazz music.....will definitely go back again...thank you Grazie!

I feel like I ate at another restaurant than 95% of the other reviews would suggest. My partner and I both felt like we have better enjoyed microwave dinners at home similar to our choices, which is surprising since the food served seemed to be similarly reheated pre-prepped portions.

The bread dipping sauce was cold and tasted of cheap grocery store dressing, bruschetta was soggy crouton chips drenched in balsamic, and simple spaghetti with meatballs was inferior even to chef boyardee.

Extremely disappointed, would not return and would discourage anyone else from even giving this place a try.

A restaurant that brought the taste of Italian back to North Adam's. No I dont have to travel 30 miles to get a great Italian dish.
The service and food is stellar. They really know how to please the pallet here. I will Definitely return to Grazie.
It is one of my favorite restaurants from hear to Boston.

Seated immediately upon entering, we had reservations. 25 minutes later our waitress stopped by to apologize, saying that there was some confusion as to who our table was assigned to. Rushed off without taking our drink order. Returned 10 minutes later, for drink order, but ran off again without asking for our order (at this point we had essentially memorized the menu).
5 minutes later a busser brought bread and filled water glasses. 10 minutes later our drinks finally arrived, but still no order taken,(if you're not fond of math, that's 50 minutes from arrival to getting drinks).
We finally ordered, split a Carne flatbread, prosciutto, meatballs, sausage, pomodoro & crispy pancetta. Delicious, we took over half home.
My girlfriend had a chicken special, sorry, I don't remember the description, but very good. I had saltimbocca and it was excellent. We split a chocolate layer cake with raspberry sauce for dessert to top off the evening and of course our server apologized again saying that it looked beautiful when she picked it up, however the cake had tipped over on it's way to the table. A little messy as far as presentation was concerned, but very tasty nonetheless.
The food was exceptional and that's the reason for 4 stars....maybe the poor service should have dropped it to 3 stars, but I don't want to dissuade anyone from going. The service can be corrected, but the meals were spot on.

Nice atmosphere, tasty food. My MIL and I both had the puttanesca, which is a lighter and less fishy take on the dish, so if you're turned off by anchovies, try this version. We saw a few flatbread pizzas go by that looked amazing and I'm trying one next time!
The most impressive thing was the impeccably timed service. The course to course flow was on point; clearly FOH and BOH are really well coordinated and our waiter was awesome.
We both really enjoyed the whole experience.

Great food, and our waitress Abby was AWESOME.
