Outstanding Iced Americano! It was a really nice coffee shop. Great service, plenty of breakfast and lunch choices. They have something for every kind of taste bud. I eat as a vegetarian and have options whereas my friend are meat eaters and we all enjoy their beverage and food options.
If you have found my review helpful please give me a thumbs up đź‘Ť and feel free to follow me for future reviews.

Always a good breakfast. I prefer the steel cut oatmeal and am so glad they brought it back. The bacon is thick and cooked to perfection. I hear they make great mimosas and bloody Mary’s (I haven’t tried). They do not serve the mimosas and Bloody Mary’s before 10 am on Sunday.

Update: went back again - the coconut nitro was waaaay too coconutty but glad I tried. Bought a bag of Hawaiian beans and have been pleasantly surprised.
Great espresso drinks! We had an oat latte and an iced americano. The prices are really great for the sizes and there was a sweet young lady behind the counter when we went.
They offer the alt milks in addition to regular milk on the table with sugar which is great if you just want a splash.
Next time we’ll try the nitro!

My wife and I stumbled upon the Cape Cod Coffee Cafe while walking around the Mashpee Commons. The food is exceptional but it was the breakfast cocktails that blew us away. Be sure to sit at the bar and have Trish mix up a world class Bloody Mary or delectably warming Irish coffee to get the full experience of what CCCC has to offer…and, oh yeah, also be sure to grab a bag of freshly ground coffee to go (we loved the Vienna roast).

I got the local breakfast sandwich, and it was really good! The coffee was okay, but nothing to write home about. Home fries were nice and crispy :). I’d say 4.4 stars is accurate.

“The local” breakfast sandwich (fried eggs, cheddar, and bacon on a grilled croissant) was very good, as were the home fries. I was disappointed with the coconut cold brew, which had an odd and almost sour taste (my friends enjoyed the other coffees they bought more, though). There was a wait due to a staffing shortage, but the service was friendly.

2021 Update:
Sad to say I have to change my rating and give an updated review. What remains is good service, excellent coffee, and all around a wonderful business and organization for the community. However, the breakfast I had today was a bit more than disappointing.
I ordered the steak and eggs this morning and when the food arrived I was greeted with 4 overcooked, bite sized pieces of stew meat, overcooked eggs, and one piece of toast. For $15 this is the the standard which should be set. My fiancee breakfast, which was the same omelet she raved about a year ago was overcooked to death, did not have the same quality of ingredients nor the glaze which tied it together before. Unsure if this is due to the impacts of COVID, a bad day, or untrained staff but this is not the quality we experienced a year ago.

2020 review:
A fantastic gem in Mashpee Commons! Cape Cod Coffee carries on its fantastic reputation in this great expansion of service, quality, and appreciation of it's community at this location. Coffee is made for coffee drinkers of all kinds. The food here is fantastic! Even the humble breakfast sandwich is turned up from the standard fair at other locations. Staff are friendly and consistent. The menu is great, and while I've only sampled a few things, I've heard nothing but positive reviews. If people are still going to that coffee place with the weird green lady down the road, they don't know what they are missing!

Our go-to brunch place when we stay at the cape. Service is always great, and when there’s a wait, we usually get coffee in the to-go area while we wait. I love the French toast, avocado toast, and homefries. However, after coming here the last time I was SO disappointed to see that the chicken tacos were taken off the menu. They were hands down the BEST tacos I’ve ever had - wish that was an exaggeration. Please bring the chicken ones back! But overall, an amazing establishment.

All three experiences at both Mashpee locations were very subpar. Two of the experiences were for the Coffee, specifically. And I was very unimpressed. I order a regular unflavored Latte at both locations. The lattes are not crafted, they are made by a cafeteria like dispenser. the Lattes at both locations came out within 45 - 60 seconds and were cool, watery, and the milk was not steamed. It was not a latte; it was a waste of money. The "sunrise" coffee was also watered down and had little caffeine, despite being a medium roast. The third experience during the summer of 2022 was a lunch outing at the Mashpee Rte. 130 location. The food was okay, but the bartender was absent at various times and my food order was forgotten by the staff.

This is a beautiful place. The staff are amazing and a credit to the company. It’s lovely and clean and most of all the coffee is to die for.
