Battle Grounds Coffee Company

While the food, beverages, and pastries are amazing, it's really the staff that makes this one of my favorite stops.

From the people behind the counter to the owners, I consistently find a high level of customer service and friendly interactions on every visit. More importantly, they are a forward thinking entity, employing people of all race, creeds, and orientations and treating them all with respect... The same goes for any and all customers walking through the door. I've seen care and empathy in all of their dealings with the public. Throw in their commitment to the community and there is a lot to like here.

I believe in supporting business that actually care. Battle Grounds Coffee Company is a pristine example of how to do things the right way.

Great local coffee shop battling it out on the streets of Haverhill Massachusetts. A convenient location with parking on and off Street nearby. All the conveniences you could expect from a local establishment serving great coffee! Give them a try I believe you will be pleased.

Our breakfast sandwiches and coffees were perfect! Next time were going to try the Aci bowls. Coffee shop was very clean and bright, lots of seating. Definitely recommend this coffee shop!!

Good food and coffee. Great service and atmosphere. If you haven't been here yet, what's stopping you? Started by a veteran. A place to relax by yourself, with friends or colleagues.

Very disappointed. Always loved the coffee and service. Ordered a cappuccino large with sugar and cinnamon she repeat she the order back to me without sugar and cinnamon I corrected the order. Sat at the bar and was served a cappuccino no sugar and no cinnamon in a paper cup. Won't be heading back any time soon. To bad I loved the cappuccino will miss ya.

This place is awesome!! Best coffee I have ever had, awesome set up, very cool set up. I came back a little later for a few IPAs (great beer selection too) and met some cool people. Great service, will definitely be back.

Great coffee. Food is delicious! They even have gluten free muffins! You will enjoy this place better than any other coffee shop in the area! People working there are also very friendly!

They forgot to the tomato on my sandwich and replaced the multigrain for sourdough without telling me. Avocado was also very underripe which is especially frustrating due to the up charge. Coffee was good though.

08-22-2019 HOORAY! They finally got rid of those God awful metal counter and high table chairs. Would not stay if that was all that was available. My iced coffee was great, as usual, today. 😆😆😆😆
