I love 1369 Coffee House because of their coffee and pastries but also because it is locally owned and not a big chain.

I go to coffeeshops to study / do work so I care more about the environment than the drinks. It seems that they limit your WiFi usage to an hour and after that you will have to pay to use the WiFi any longer. This was a little odd to me since it gave off a sense of unwelcomeness. Also the shop is pretty narrow so tables are pretty close with each other. The seat is okay but not too comfortable. Considering how many coffeeshops are in the area I think I'd give preference to others when a choice is given.

Location is good, but coffee is mediocre (not nearly as good as what you expect from a $4 drink)

This coffee shop is great. They even take credit cards now, which for a while they didn't. The staff is friendly and the food and coffee is high quality. It's usually pretty crowded.

Very busy, but for a good reasons. A nice selection of baked good and quality coffee. They have many small tables good for many people working. They also have board games in back.

My favorite place for a egg sandwich, bagel, or lunch sandwich. And they have great service, and a nice place to do work in.

If you're looking for free Wi-Fi, don't go here. HOWEVER, if you want really good coffee, bagels, tea, hot chocolate, and pastries, this is an excellent place. I like it for getting some serious work done without distractions, reading, or meeting up with a friend.

Came in on a Sunday morning and the place was packed. Long line almost to the door and almost nowhere to sit. I got an Au Lait (coffee with steamed milk), but even with the milk and sugar, it was pretty bitter and a little sour? Overall, not that impressed. Maybe I need to try some of their other coffee drinks.

Good freshly baked muffins, and leaf tea served in pots. I wasn't taken with the atmosphere though - a little to quaint and homely for my personal tastes. I much prefer Pavement on the other side of the river.

Cool space, great cold brew, and top notch spicy egg and cheese sandwich!
