Tatte Bakery & Cafe

I like the Apple Turnover from Tatte. I stopped by this place several months ago trying to buy some but after noticing some small flies flying around and on top of the pastries, I turned around and left. I went there again yesterday, I saw the same thing again. I should had taken some pictures of that. The shop seems very busy every day anyway. I guess people who work there don't really care about the food cleanliness or even potential food safety problem.

Treat yourself to Tatte your family will love the experience. Brunch on the weekends pastries, lattes, and if you are indulging: CROISSANT BREAKFAST SANDWICH. The food is pure comfort and flavor unlike any other. Tatte is also in Washington DC and does not ever disappoint. Blood Orange Hibiscus Tea in a pot is my idea of perfect. ENJOY.

Pricey but worth the money. The lattes are great but a bit on the sweet side. The BALT was amazing, and desserts were delicious

Place has amazing food! Have to get their lamb shakshuka and salmon tartare entrees for food - or if you're there for breakfast, grab one of their sweet morning buns! Restaurant area is also really relaxed and gets lots of nice, ambient sunlight - makes for a great place to study / get work done during the day!

Great place, very good pastries, wouldn't write home about the sourdough but the place is great and the people working were very nice and my family of 5 was able to sit down immediately even though it was pretty busy. Looking forward to coming back

Some insanely good coffee! Looking forward to trying their tarts, since they looked gorgeous! Everyone inside wore a mask and there was more than enough room to practice social distancing.
