The staff and the food they serve are amazing. Timely service, and a great place to feel like a local-be you a college student, temporary resident, or just new to the neighborhood. The cozy restaurant serves up what feels like breakfast at home with the family.

This Armenian diner-style restaurant has fantastic breakfast and lunch, but extremely limited seating. Expect a wait for weekend breakfast, and insist on a table in the back unless you like being crowded at an uncomfortable bar stool with people constantly bumping your back. I wish they would move to a bigger and more accessible location. Their current digs are not wheelchair accessible; I doubt a wheelchair could even get in the front door past the unnecessary vending machines, and the bathroom and most of the table seating requires climbing stairs. Nevertheless, I give five stars for their generous portions and friendly wait staff, almost all of whom are off-the-boat young Armenian immigrants.

A delicious breakfast joint with loads of selections for everyone in the family.

Its a nice friendly local diner with typical diner fare and a nice atmosphere. Its a great place if you're seeking that post carbohydrate overload food coma, which seems to come with everything we've ever eaten there. The food is ok generally and reasonably priced.

This place is what it is--an old school diner with good old fashioned no-frills grub. Reasonably priced and you can watch the maestro with hairy arms cook-up your food. Breakfast sandwiches are something to behold and the "big breakfast" didn't disappoint. Bustling place that is very popular with the locals!

First time eating here... not that impressed. Food was cold. Waiting 40 minutes for our food. We watched several people come in order and walk out with their orders before we got ours. Food probably would have been tasty if it was warm.

I have been to Martin's Coffee Shop several times. I was never impressed and visiting them was always a matter of convenience. However, the last time I visited I swore it off forever. There are several structural problems with this place. First, the temperature is always off; it is too hot in there irrespective of the time of the year. Second, the ventilation is very poor; the last time I visited I had to wash all my clothes afterwards because they smelled like burnt oil. Third, the service is poor because they don't really care about providing decent service. Finally the seats, which are hard to come by, are rather uncomfortable.

Add to these the fact that the food is mediocre with fluctuating quality and the coffee is bad, and you have no reason to visit this place.

I really love this kind of places. The food was good and the coffee is better than other places, but you must be prepared because your clothes will be impregnated with smells of food. Which is not good, but I can not subtract stars since it is an open kitchen.

Always an amazing spot for brunch, wonderful food plus fast and friendly service

This is a whole in the wall, yummy greasy food, super small food spot.
Irish breakfast is my favorite! They have huge food portions and it's a great place to either get a table or belly up to the bar, grab a coffee and eat some, "once in a while needed", greasy breakfast. It's old and small and some people might grib about the non-existent decor, but after a night out on the town....this is my go to place! It's hits the spot...every time.
