Jaho Coffee Roaster & Wine Bar

If I could give a zero rating I would. I went during convention weekend and it was busy. They were having issues with there computer system which is understandable. However the service behind the register was SO RUDE. I got something I was ordering wrong and she was so rude back to me. THEN two people in my party waited for 20 minutes for there items. Which they never got acknowledged by any of the staff. We then asked the staff and brushed us aside and gave my friends something that was sitting on the counter which was not there original order. Overall I will NOT be going to this location again with staff that have the worst customer service.

Kind of ripped us off. My father and I both ordered large lattes and after we payed, someone eventually called us over only to tell us that the drinks we ordered and payed 17 or so dollars for— couldn’t be made in large. Thats all fine and good, but they didnt even bother to refund us. I know we couldve said something but my father was already frustrated and tired so we just didnt bother. Amazing coffee! but for the price, at least give me the size I requested.

Jaho is not like any other Coffee place. They take coffee & chill very seriously, as you can see right when you enter the door, because you’ll be in front of a huge couch and confy chairs close to a fire place. Baristas there are always happy to help me and to chat a little bit about the place.
I love the variety of options to drink and to eat, as they not only serve coffee, but also teas, smothies, beers and wines.
During the night, it’s awesome to invite some friends and just stay at the bar.
And if all of that isn’t enough, Jaho is always really clean, they play great music and looks great on pictures. See it for yourself :))

I came twice to this coffee shoo today. First time at 6.30 am as it was stated at yelp as an opening hours. The place was closed, I came at 7 am. I was a second in the line and ordered 2 lattes and 2 sandwiches of egg and cheese croissants. I got my breakfast 30 minutes later in a bagel. Eggs were cold. People who were behind me got their breakfast before me. I think the owner of the coffee shop should manage better this place. Only one person were at the kitchen and at the register. Update hours on Yelp!

I paid $10.39 for this 40% filled Caesar salad with NO meat in it. This is a small container of lettuce and croutons and dressing. For ALMOST ELEVEN DOLLARS. What a rip off. I’m never going here again. For the amount of food I got, I should be paying $6 TOPS.

Horrible customer service. Ordering tablet did not communicate our order so we waited for food that never came. Asked employe about our food was given an ice cream that turned out to not be ours and had alcohol in it. Food was delicious but I did not end up with what I ordered.

So happy there’s finally a place where I can get good coffee and do some work. The sandwiches are also on point and they also have beer and wine!!!
If not at the bar, I’ll be at the lounge room with all the cool chairs.

Great coffee, but don't get the mocha frostaccini, not enough mocha or chocolate. It's just ice. Maybe it was just the server.

I wanted to love this black sugar boba soft serve, but there were so many issues. The machine was broken (super normal for soft serve machines, can’t blame them for that!) but when liquid vanilla started to come out into my cup instead of ice cream, the server didn’t throw it out and start a new cup when it was working. Instead she put the frozen soft serve on top of the liquid until it spilled over all over my hands and dripped all over the floor as I brought it to a table.

I hoped it’d at least be delicious to make this worth it, but it was really just okay. Not very creamy.
