Caffè Nero Coffee + Kitchen

It's a beautiful place with an interesting library. It isn't specialty coffee but it's quite fine and they have plenty of options caffeinated and decaf.

Baristas we’re taking orders while making drinks which actually slowed down the service for everyone. Coffee wasn’t that good either.

Cozy, good spot inside and outside. On a summer day or on a cold winter day this location provides good service with a day and night view of Boston. Products are just like in any other Nero Cafe. Service was good.

Amazing friendly staff who make you feel so welcome and add perfect touches like cinnamon on my hot apple cider and getting my drink for me when the apple pay wasn't working. So happy they are finally open!

Spending a week in Boston and every morning is search for good espresso. I believe I have found it at Nero! Every other coffee shop has very bitter espresso but Nero has a most drinkable cup.

Great Caffe Nero location, although that's kinda redundant because all Cafffe Neros are great. Great coffee and snacks. Nice outdoor parklet-style seating when the weather permits.

Wonderful new cafe addition to Newbury Street. Double wide subterranean space is delightful and very comfortable. Great meeting spot.

Great interior design. One of the most nicely decorated coffee shops in the city. Great place for studying too.

Of all locations on the city this is my favorite with the lower level and little patio is very cozy. And the food is really good. Great way to start your day!

Good service but the prosc and marscapone sandwich when heated is not good. The cheese disappears just wish they advised it's better cool.
