These mochi donuts were amazing! I can’t wait to go back to try other flavors. The consistency stayed perfect even after having them for a couple of hours. Will definitely go again and try the poke bowls!

First time I visited here I know they have a place in Hawaii but I was glad to see there was one near my home location. The flavors they had today were taro strawberry cheesecake matcha biscoff birthday cake and churro. All in all pretty good I found the matcha flavor a bit strong but they also have poke here so if you're familiar with that very Hawaiian basically they're like mixed seafood bowls.

Decent serving size, good quality ingredients - no complaints. Bowl could’ve been a little larger so toppings wouldn’t spill all around when you try to mix it

Cozy new poke and new kind of doughnut spot with lovely owners!

This place is all about the mochi donuts and they are very good and worth the price
They also have poke and it's decent enough but not much different from the other poke restaurants around.
The donuts are what distinguishes this place and the poke let's you have a complete meal here rather than just dessert

The poke is consistently good and affordable. They get the ratio of rice to toppings perfect!! Also the donuts really yummy. it’s really easy to eat many of them at once because they are so light and delicate.

Tasty, but missing options (no avocado), tiny portions for a $15 dish. Upcharge for seaweed salad and imitation crab. Not much rice at all. Very hungry still.
Donuts were very good and a welcome addition to the area with few donut options.
Changing to 5 stars for the donuts but fix that portion size.

Mochi donuts was amazing! Mochi adds good moist to the texture and sweetness is just right (not so swee like typical American donuts) Great for gift for sure! Poke bowl, it is rare to find the rice is actually moist and not dry and hard like most places. Had great overall experience.

This place is so cute, and the mochi donuts are killer! Just like Hawaii😀. I had a poke salad bowl as well. Liked them both so much I came from DC two days in a row!!

Newly opened Over Rice is the first Mochi Donut spot in the Baltimore area (that I am aware of as of the time writing this review. The Yuzu was absolutely my favorite, it had a bright citrus flavor to counter act the fried fluffy donut texture.
Lots of parking in the area, this is in a strip mall with other foodie finds! Inside is bright with neon signs with a modern cafe feel! Can’t wait to come back and try the poke soon
