PJ's Coffee

Great coffee! Its very unique and different from the ordinary chains of coffee. The mocha options are very tasty and they have a variety of other coffee options in addition to pastries. With COVID-19, they have the standard precautions in place. Great local business addition to Bowie!

After leaving a coffeeshop-heavy town, I was pretty disappointed with the options in the DMV area. PJ's has changed that. PJ's is a place with friendly staff, free wifi, a comfortable environment to stay and work in, great drinks at fair prices, and food (specifically, the beignets - wow). Definitely a new favorite.

Stopped by PJs to meet a couple friends and was pleasantly surprised by this welcoming cozy spot. The decor and atmosphere is reminiscent of NOLA. I ordered the chai latte tea which was good but the beignets were heaven. I’ve been to Cafe du Monde in NOLA so I can honestly say that PJs Beignets were so much better. I’m also excited to have a black owned coffee shop in my neighborhood. Never been a huge fan of Starbucks coffee and Dunkin Donuts just doesn’t cut it but now I have PJs and it will be my spot for all things coffee and beignets!

Great coffee and service to mix! I did have to wait a bit but the service was so good and knowledgeable I didn't mind waiting.

I was visiting and i just needed a good coffee and pj's met my taste in coffee for that 4 days I stayed in Maryland i enjoyed their freshly brewed coffee .

A unique touch on coffee here. Was great to get out to Bowie and try a new coffee place that had different items on the menu such as King Cake Latte. I had a touch of King Cake in the cappuccino and it was nice.

Took my girls for a coffee run. PJs was a great choice.. The service was very pleasant and customer centric. The macchiatos were perfect. Great coffee at a great price. Highly recommended.

We Stan for a black owned business but we just waited 24 minutes ( we counted) for two simple coffees (mocha and caramel, no trimmings, no additions, no food) while everyone who came after got served and sent on their merry way. We both don’t even like the coffee at that! 10 dollars wasted on, what to me, tastes like it could have been purchased at wawa for way less.

Taste of the bayou, coffee and the lemonade are great. Always get the beignets hot and made to order.
