Baristas work with a zest to provide quality coffee drinks; yet, your patience is a big support to the coffee servers during high peaks with long lines- consider the multiple drinks at the same time to be made, each one being cold or hot and different orders when trying to speed up your drinks, please. Baristas are happy to serve you at a personal level. Big thanks for your support. See you all at CBTL/Hilton Baltimore at Camden Yards!đ

Enjoyed my vanilla frappe, unfortunately though, we were not able to pay with cash. Don't know if that's a regular thing, but it is nice to not always have to pay with card.

I'm not a coffee drinker. More of a frappuccino, latte, mocha girl. There aren't many places that meet my expectations but this place gets me. One caramel latte with extra caramel. Just the right amount of sweet. I choose this establishment over many more popular establishments. Service is friendly and quick. Staff is constantly cleaning equipment and surfaces as they service customers.

Good coffee. Decent tea.
Service could be faster, but they're generally nice. Can enjoy a good cup of espresso drinks in the hotel lobby.
The hours are a but irregular and wish they would post it online more accurately.

Overpriced, disorganized, and weak espresso. No prices on many items, leaving your to guess what a granola bar might cost. Itâs $3, by the way.

This place is totally overpriced. Their large is smaller than a Starbucks medium, and for a dollar more. The only reason you should go here is if you are staying at the hotel and don't feel like exploring all the awesome mom and pop stores that Baltimore had to offer.

This place does not have the wherewithal to handle the morning rush from a conference. They forgot my coffee order, then they got it wrong, and instead of being apologetic the employee was rude to me. If you're staying in the Hilton for a conference, go somewhere else for breakfast; they're probably fine handling a few customers other times of day.

My primary complaint about this place is that the prices were pretty steep for what I received. Everything I purchased was in date, but the pretzels were stale. Itâs convenient if youâre staying at the hotel, but if you have time then go elsewhere.

I just want to thank this location for bringing me a little bit of SoCal. I remember frequenting coffee bean a lot while growing up in SoCal. This place just brought back all those fond memories of sweet goodness! I hope they do reopen!
