Aroma Joes Coffee

Whenever I visit this area I always stop to get a drink from here, and I've kept coming back! But my experience today has made me change my mind. The communication from the cashier to the drink maker was apparently non-existent. I am lactose-intolerant and asked for soy milk twice to make sure the cashier knew, and to add a flavored syrup. When I was handed the drink the maker had to take it back to put the syrup in because she didn't know to add it in. After I drove off, and let the drink cool down a bit, I enjoyed about 1/3 of it when I realized it hadn't been made with soy milk (coffee overpowers milk taste). Lactose intolerance + regular milk = the bathroom is my friend now. Guess I'll be stopping at Dunkin' Donuts before I leave Windham.

The morning crew is always very nice and very friendly even though it's 5:30 in the morning there always smiling.

Bought a 24 oz. Aroma Moca. Got to work and dropped it on the ground. Went back fully expecting to buy another one. The staff thought it strange I was returning so soon. When I told them what happened they made me another for no charge!! No that's great customer service!!

Always so nice and courteous, even when there is a long line. Drinks vary depending on who makes them, but they are always yummy.

There’s a tik tok about this place, which a guy assumed that a girl Working there was wearing a blue live matter hoodie when it was a army hoodie. He told people to leave bad reviews.

Yummy drinks, always fast service. But could do a lot more business if they had donuts, muffins, etc in the afternoon. The shelves are always empty when I go..
