The two young gals who served me was absolutely divine they were kind and always had a smile. Real customer service the way it should be.

Never had a bad experience going here. Food is always hot and drinks are always how I order them. I've seen some of the comments where people are talking about a sweatshirt... You are there to get food,people can wear what they want, it's a free country! If it doesn't meet your standards, move on. Someone is always going to complain about something! Thanks for the great service!

Unfortunately today will be my last time ordering food from here. Donut was so dry, not good at all. I used to love the sausage and cheese biscuit double toasted but this is the third time I can’t eat it and have to throw it away. They don’t double toast it and it falls apart. Sausage is blubbery and nasty! Waste of money especially for the price! Oh well, it used to be good!!

I’m a loyal customer of almost every aroma Joe’s in Maine ha ha! I definitely do a lot of driving and have made it a point to try almost all of them! I am a manager in a retail environment where good customer service is extremely important, and I am constantly recruiting strong workers I see to come with me! If the members of the windham aromas didn’t make my day so much better by being there for me constantly I’d steal them to work next door at my store! I’m constantly being informed of specials they’re having, being recommended deals on mugs/ food, and having amazing drinks! I just want it to be known that sometimes customer satisfaction can be a metric so extremely difficult to attain to at a time like this. God knows I struggle with it to... don’t sweat the weird outlying reviews guys! You always make my day! -Jacob

Best Aroma Joe's in Maine. Hands down. Every time I am in Windham, this is my first stop. My order is always the same. A latte of my own design. Bree (hope I spelled it right) always remembers me and my odd latte. She makes it the best and is always friendly and polite. All the employees are friendly, but Bree goes that extra mile. I highly recommend going here.

Also, my drink:. The Irish Lady
Iced. Whole milk. 3 pumps white chocolate syrup, 2 pumps Irish cream, 1 pump mint and a tiny dash of cinnamon on top. Done.

Have always loved their coffee and the barista ALWAYS gets my order before I even order it. Thanks so much for being so attentive, fast, and kind.

I have worked at this one and my mom shortly worked there not too long ago. The staff is nice, but they can definitely work on the way they greet customers. They are not a bad coffee place by any means but I just hope they can become more friendly.

Aroma Joes delivered a green-alien rush flavored sh4rt in your pants☹️☹️😢😞😩🇮🇹. The delicious taste of the rush makes up for toilet time, however. Bathroom still needed a good, deep clean. he, she’s, theys... stay safe out there.

My daily stop sometimes 2 or 3 times! Love the coffee. Long time Dunkin customer now I their coffee. Amazing people work here. Thank you for my witches brew with a perfect cloud.
