This seems silly to leave a review over a lollipop however, it’s the principal of the situation. I bought my son a $12 lollipop & asked for it to be cut open after I paid. It was shattered into a dozen pieces and not something my little guy could have at that point. He can lick a lollipop but can’t just have pieces of hard candy. I figured she would grab him a new one & we would be on our way. Instead I was offered a bag for the pieces (I said no, you can throw it away) & purchased a new one. I debated saying anything or leaving a review but the people waiting on us outside were as shocked as me that they wouldn’t just replace it or at bare minimum, discount a new one.
I won’t be returning or referring, just based on customer service.
I went in for some crystals and Palo Santo and this place was a mess! One of the owners, 'Candyman' said it was trash day, but this is the third time I've been there and the place is just filthy. DO NOT let your children go there alone - super skeevy! The last time I went there the poor lady behind the counter was tripping over the over-flowing garbage and mail strewn all over the floor. There were boxes of empty soda cans and empty cardboard boxes everywhere. Really gross vibe... I gave it three chances and I will never go back.
So cute! I had no idea what to expect when I came in here! There is some spiritual things like crystals and incense, but then there is also old-fashioned candy, and an array of different locally blended teas! I picked up this antique teapot for only $10, as well as some chocolate covered pretzels as I believe that day was actually National Chocolate Covered pretzel day! I'm glad I got to celebrate it with products from this little gem of a shop.
I LOVE this store. Always used to come here before the pandemic started and would always buy a few things. Stones and gems range from $2 - $5 and the mini gem bags are incredible quality. I can't even begin to describe the amount of happiness Enchanted brings me. Its like every time I step into that store, if I wasn't having a good day, once I stepped into that store, the bad mood I was in would be gone. Good vibes from the store. 10000/10, would for sure recommend.
I loved the Farmington store but, they have relocated to 48 Main st., Waterville. Haven't had a chance to visit yet. I'm sure the new location is lovely and I'm looking forward to checking it out. I've been very pleased with the herbs and the jewelry is unique with reasonable pricing.
This shop has been an amazing addition to downtown Waterville. They have something for everyone. Their selection of teas is HUGE. And the owner is a clinical herbalist and always happy to help people feel better. And that seems to be this store's main point: make you feel good. Ayrca does Tarot, Oracle, and Tea Leaf readings, and she has been so spot on every time with a kind of bedside manner that makes you feel right at home. There's no reason to not stop in for a few minutes!
Nice atmosphere. The person who helped me when I was there with my sister was very helpful and knowledgeable about the questions I had. Will be going back.

Great selection of teas and seem to be adding more. The only place I've been able to find loose leaf green tea that isn't gunpowder.

The owners are friendly and the shop has a good variety of teas. And they are always expanding their selection of products
