I was introduced to the Stow Corner Store by my cousin three years ago when I visited over Labor Day weekend. I went once and was hooked. I have made sure to stop by for the past two years since.

Maureen, Jim, and their staff are very friendly and make everyone feel welcomed.

The menu has something for everyone. If you are not sure, just ask for their recommendation. You cannot go wrong.

A Gem. Amazing homemade food. Classic breakfast like steak and eggs, homemade pastries, donuts, the list goes on. Vegetarian options, good coffee, ice cream I cannot say enough good things about this white mountain gem.

The owners take pride in their work and it shows. Plus a solid beer selection, ice. This is place is a treasure.

Constant favorite since I was a kid. Delicious food, excellent sandwiches, and of course ice cream for dessert! The portions are quite generous. 😉

In post COVID times, the store inside isn't open but you order through the takeout window. They have seating outdoors and call orders from the front door. They don't have a bathroom but do have a portapotty.

Oh my gosh! What an awesome experience!!! Kaylie & the owners were so kind! And their food is fantastic! Recommend the sea chowda and the portobello burger! Lots of vegan and vegetarian options! 5 stars all around!

I grew up eating many European meals. Father was a Hungarian chef, my mom is German. Stow Corner Store had Hungarian Goulash on the menu. Just want to say it was amazing. Big shout out to this amazing place in Stow, Maine. Well Done!!

Visiting from out of state and have stayed in the area many times in the past few years. We never thought to stop in, but I'm glad we did because the food was better than all the restaurants we've gone to by far. We will definitely be stopping in everything we are in the area.

Stopped here after a hike in Wild River Wilderness about a month ago and again today, this time with my wife. Both times I got sandwiches that were just fantastic.... big, excellent quality ingredients and just delicious. I live near Boston and have a camp in Gorham NH. I am now going to make it a point of going through Stowe on the way up to sample the various menu items at this store. As I was typing this my wife also said the desserts are wonderful as well!

Thank you so much! On my bike from Shelburne NH up over Evans Notch I didn’t have any food left. When I got to the store there was a closed sign for spring renovations. The owners Mo and Jim were outside and could see I needed fuel so she made me the most delicious Tuna Salad sandwich. I am so grateful to them. I needed to pedal to the Kanc in NH and without them opening the next closest town with amenities was Fryeburg 12 miles away. It was a truly amazing experience. Also a shoutout to Jim for the fly fishing info. The whole experience meant a lot!
