Aroma Joe's

I know a “surprise me” kind of rush is annoying but I truly find my favorite rush drinks because the employees are so sweet to recommend them to me! The app is so easy to pay and it makes it super easy to tip too. This location is right on my way to work, I love it.

I don’t know why but every time we order frozen frojoe it’s always flat and very liquid. Like it’s literally liquid, it’s like you just ordered iced coffee. You’ll have to listen and finish their whole conversation first before they turn of the blender. Plus it would be more decent and a little more professional if employees working in a coffee shop is wearing decent shirts instead of loose tank tops that you’ll literally see their private part while getting your order.

Hands down the worst place to go period. Customer service is atrocious. For being a dollar more expensive than Dunkin’ is a joke it’s not worth 50 cents

The amount of times I would go through drive through before my 7 o'clock shift, I have been greeted with a smile and asked politely what I have been wanted. The staff are happy to serve me. They are speedy and have always gotten my order right. Phenomenal service I get every single time I go. Which makes my dad get so much better.

I come to this aroma Joe's almost every day and one I have never understood is the way the add cream to the coffee. Just poor it into a spoon over the cup. There is no way to get any consistency or accuracy. I can't count the number of times I've asked for 2 creams and the cup that gets handed to me is white like a cup of milk. Ive gotten to the point where most of the Barista's in there know me and service is great. But I still get the new ones that don't know how I like it. Why would it be so hard to use a pump or dispenser to gain consistency in your drinks and save some money. I can tell you that they are pouring your profits down the drain with the cream.

This was a great location of this chain! I decided to treat myself after my car appt, and I got a yummy coffee and rice crispy square. It was quick, and the woman who helped me was super friendly! The entrance / exit was also easy.

They are generally extremely busy during rush hour. They are busy to the point where I would sometimes just pass them by and go to dunkin. That said, their coffee is superior and the staff are nice in spite of the fact that they are always rushing around making drinks. I would definitely recommend stopping by, but maybe before or after the rush.

Good coffee but staff can't talk and make coffee @ same time.. And I don't need to listen to personal conversations while I'm waiting almost 10 minutes for 1 coffee. It irks me to watch them stand with my coffee half made in their hand while they stop to tell a story about what they did on their day off. Its not cheap coffee. I paid over 8 bucks for 2 coffees so dont make me pay for my wasted time as well while I'm trying to get to work on time myself. I'm not going back for a while. Hopefully the staff will change when I go back in a few weeks & be more professional. I shouldn't have to leave for work 20 minutes early to get my daily iced coffee. Especially when they were NOT busy when I got there. I'll go somewhere else until I give them 1 last chance in a month or so.. Its happened 3 times in the past 2 weeks

Love AJ's, however they missed the steamed milk in my London Fog so all I got was a large tea with vanilla.
