Overly privledged girls, take their sweet time making your order. For a ton of money. Totally not worth it as far as I'm concerned. However if you want to be cooler than your star bucks slurping drones, then drink this even more exclusive, and expensive talking point.

Had a really bad experience at AJ’s in Biddeford, was able to come here and they fixed my drink with no hassle and amazing customer service! I would recommend anyone take the extra five minutes and drive to the Saco location and skip the Biddeford location completely.

Not sure if it was a new girl or what. She was not nice at all. On top of that my sandwich wasn’t even heated. Not even warm. I tried to use my defrost to heat it. It was ice cold and I feel that she did it deliberately. Not sure what I did to her. Very upset with this location!

I love the friendliness of the staff, but consistently do not get what I ordered. I called in and spoke to a manager a couple of weeks ago just sharing the experience and he gave me some free drink cards to try again. Thank goodness today it was free because I asked for seven caramel in my cappuccino, double checked before leaving,, was told yes it had been done, let it cool went to my doctor's appointment and it's black.

Really unfortunate but I can't justify spending $4 somewhere if they can't have the courtesy to actually make my order.

Slow. How can it take so long to put cream in a cup and charge me $6 to rent 10 feet of drive thru.

Waited 20 minutes, ordered cold brew w/ coconut milk. Tasted like dishwater.. what happened?

I’ve been in this line for over a half hour…. I don’t understand how there can be over 8 people working in such a small space and it take this long to make coffee.

DoorDashed myself and my coworkers rushes. Order was missing one. I called (twice) they told me to reorder through DoorDash and be charged again. Nothing they can do? Restaurants have the ability to reprocess a DoorDash due to issues. They refused and said to call back to talk to a manager. Very unhelpful employees.

I was doing a pickup for 1 drink and a sandwich. They took over 20 minutes. I drove for 5 to get to the location, pickup time limit was in 5 minutes after I arrived. They did over 10 other vehicles while I was parked waiting for the order. They gave me the drink and sandwich without a bag or holder.
