The coffee tastes better than Dunkin, in my opinion, but they lose 2 points for serving lukewarm coffee. Every time I travel north to where Tim Hortons exists, I get mildly warm coffee, like I've had it for 30 minutes already.

Last year, went in early morning during balloon festival, can't remember which day it was, but it was very busy due to the festival (and only place open that early) and there was only one poor kid behind the counter taking both drive-thru and counter orders, going a mile a minute trying to keep up. Very poor planning by management. They need to think ahead this year and not make the same mistake.
But I was here last week and got good service, good coffee and food, will be back...probably during upcoming balloon festival.

The staff is incredibly pleasant. The wait time is generally very speedy. They have a great fireplace and armchairs in their dining area. The facilities are very clean, and they are open 24 hours a day which is a huge plus.

Why three stars? Overall I like this place good coffee good doughnuts good service. So why only three stars? A couple issues I noticed. Easily fixed though.

The doughnuts are great good variety to choose from unless you go later in the evening as I sometimes do. Then it’s very limited perhaps a few choices. I understand the need to not make so much if it’s slow. I actually went in once and the doughnuts were empty literally there were none. It’s a hard balance between someone ordering two dozen doughnuts and then the need to make more quickly because of the unexpected rush.

The staffing. I’ve been in as I said late at night and had to wait awhile is this the employees fault? Yes and no. Let me explain. The front cashier is busy usually a single person, running drive thru orders making sandwiches, preparing coffee, getting doughnuts etc. running around like crazy honestly that is impressive and I can imagine stressful. Yet they still get my order right and are friendly with a I’ll be right with you. One person that’s crazy staffing not only for the customers but for their staff as well.

Now how is it their fault then you ask well a few times I’ve been in later and seen this front cashier running around like crazy here and there doing their best to keep up. Then to my surprise I see someone in back just standing there I guess it’s the doughnut maker person or something. Why can’t or doesn’t that person come out to help the front person who is obv trying there best to do what they can. Perhaps they don’t know how to help. I’m thinking if the person in back would come out and say hey I see you are busy up front how can I help you? Jump on the register, help fill orders etc. It would make the front persons job easier and get customers served quicker. But that doesn’t happen and I don’t know why it can’t.

The sandwiches and soups are really good but really overpriced for what you get. I bought a sandwich and got very little on it for the price I paid.

The coffee is fresh, the doughnuts good, the staff friendly. The place is clean and well lit. Overall a great place just need to work on the staffing issue and maybe the doughnut schedule.

Service has gone downhill. No matter what time of day their espresso machine is down for cleaning. And if they don't forget a drink they forget a donut or sandwich. Caribou or Madawaska is hands down better service.

Donut waz very good. Breakfast sandwich was BLAND, coffee was strong but a little bitter.

Great place to get a quick, fresh, flavorful coffee on your way to work or school. I also enjoy sitting in the comfortable chairs by the fireplace and using the complementary wifi to get some homework done, with a steady supply of caffeine to get me through the more tedious papers. :)

Today was the 2nd time in 2 weeks I went through the drive-through to order lunch on the run. Both times I ordered a sandwich with no mayonnaise and no tomato. Both times I get home and the sandwich not only has mayo but it's slathered on. And tomatoes! My fault I guess for not checking… I just figure that with it on my receipt correctly, they repeat it back to me, they would get it right and I shouldn't have to double check every time I go through the drive-through.

Decent for a quick fix but the place is filthy. They don't clean as they go rather walk around in food and trash while slowly processing orders
