I have been a customer since 2013. Since finding Carrabassett I haven't bought any other coffee. The Back Draft is the best I have ever had. The staff is incredibly helpful and when asked for recommendations are spot on.

I'm so glad the business has grown and more people know about them.

The coffee is great! Five stars for that...The bags are terrible! The opening is barely big enough to get a small (Tbs), long handled scoop into it. Hard enough to get the coffee out when the bag is full... nearly impossible to get the coffee out without making a mess once you've used some of it. I end up cutting the top off and using a clip to keep it closed. It kind of defeats the purpose of having a re-closable bag. Two stars for that.

The only coffee we will drink now, nothing else compares! It all started at the Woodsman and them we stopped in to get a bag to take home... now we order monthly! Coconut Cream, Jamaican Me Crazy, Maple Walnut, Blueberry Cobbler... all amazing!

Best coffee roasters in Maine! Their customer service is top notch and they make sure your order is shipped out immediately. When I say immediately I mean when I place my order at midnight, they open at 8am it’s been freshly ground for my order and out in the mail by 10am. Arriving within 24-48 hours. I am a loyal CCC customer for these reasons!! 5 stars all around!!

Great coffee, very reasonably priced when you realize most brands switched to 12 Oz packages. These guys still do the full pound.

We ended up needing to move our delivery date up at the last minute, which I really didn't expect to be possible, but they jumped on board and made it happen for us and we're very grateful. Great service and delicious coffee!! It's so so good. I enjoy my morning coffee even more because of how good the flavors taste and how strong the beans are. I used to only drink starbucks, but Carrabasset was able to pull me away from that expense. Now I support the locals. I usually re-up about every 6 weeks, if I order on a Monday morning, I get it by Wednesday the latest. So reliable and friendly service. Thank you Carrabassett. We have tried coffees from a number of local roasters and a few on-line retailers but love Carrabassett because of the products, service and prices offered. We have two coffee makers - drip for him and espresso for me. We buy the whole beans and have never been disappointed. Delivery is fast and quality excellent. The different beans and roasts are noticeably different from one another providing plenty of choices for every taste.
