Coffee shop in Kennebunk with a french flavour. Good coffee and great pastries. Seating inside and out, pleasant staff.

Excellent service and coffee! I noticed there were just a few tables set up inside that were spaced apart and tucked away from foot traffic. Otherwise, for people doing takeout it was set up as one way for safety. They did a good job with Covid precautions. I also ordered some macarons that were mouthwatering! My favorite was the lavendar and honey and the espresso! Yum! I will definitely be back!

The cutest and most quaint coffee shop! Really enjoy the ambiance and decorations. Staff is super friendly. The drinks are phenomenal! Highly recommended.

Their coffee and pastries are always fresh and delicious. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The cafe itself is beautiful.
Our favorite place to stop when we visit Maine!

Quaint shop with an excellent array of pastries and coffees. Very unimpressed with the service staff however - the woman working the register this morning was quite rude to a number of guests ahead of us in line and the tip policy is ridiculous. When you make a purchase (card only - no cash) they then ask loudly, for all customers to hear, if you’d like to leave a tip on the card and then how much. So essentially, it’s a public guilt into leaving a tip. Their Facebook page pretty much admits as much as they promote a good hourly wage and “excellent tips”. Just poor business practice. People will either decide to tip or not, but being publicly forced to declare a yes or no and then an amount is very poor taste.

My caffeine addiction is always satisfied at MIP. All the pastries are delicious but my favorite are the cinnamon rolls if you can get your hands on one!

I live out of state and was looking for a local shop for holiday gifts to send my parents. I ordered last minute, and didn't expect it to arrive on time. Katelyn and her husband were able to deliver in less than 24 hours! It was a huge hit with my parents -they love their coffee. I was also able to send macarons, travel mugs, and socks. Katelyn was a pleasure to work with and very responsive!

Went in for a quick breakfast. Very cute place. Breads were amazing, we had zucchini and the lemon poppyseed SO GOOD! My son loved the selection of macaroons as well.

Update -Katelyn followed up with me and we finally connected. She was pleasant and apologetic to the experience. Come to find out I was charged more than I was supposed to be charged. Katelyn made sure she refunded me the item I was overcharged including part of tip. In addition, she took my comments in regards to the sandwich and muffin in consideration . She invited back which I would because I go to Kennebunk every year. She reminded me of her contact information to let her know when I would visit again! Thanks for making this right and for listening!
I’ve made adjustment to review due to their professional response and going above and beyond.
I was looking forward to this place, however not that great. Not sure how you can justify the price I paid since the items I paid.
I got a CROQUE MONSIEUR - you could not taste the gruyere cheese or the mustard that they put in there. It was somewhat bland. The muffin was not special and small. The latte was okay for a latte and they did have oat milk. I also got a small bottle sparkling wine.

We were there this morning and the food and coffee were beautiful, but the service ruined the experience. The young women working up front were trying rush people to get their orders to keep the line moving - they slap the food on to a paper plate (such a pity to have really nice food on a paper plate), let the other person know about your coffee order, you pay, no one tells you when your coffee is ready so it waits there until you go and check. The coffee is served in a paper cup, even if you're dining in. It could easily be a 5 * cafe if the people working there were better trained in how to serve customers.
