Mornings in Paris

Best coffee in town. Really enjoyed grabbing coffee each morning. Wife really loved the latte with blueberries. Personally, I enjoyed the French roast, black. Macaroons and pastries were flakey and great.

It was good overall—I had a Nutella specialty coffee drink and a breakfast sandwich and both were good. They have a cute little outdoor space with some bistro tables to sit at and do some people watching of the busier street. The only downside was that the staff were not exactly friendly…both seemed annoyed that they were being bothered or tasked with making a drink and/or asking questions about the drinks. I’d try it out again and see if it was just an off day for them. I

Nice drinks and tasty baked goods. It is quite small in by the ordering counter, found myself needing to squeeze by other customers placing or waiting for their orders. Plenty of out door seating.

We had a party of four: Pastries are great, and the regular coffee is good. Flavours in the coffee are very mild. Macarons are good but very strongly flavored so get what you know you'll like.

The macaroons were really delicious. I recommend the dulce de leche.

We got some fresh pastries and macarons. They had a bunch of great flavors for macarons, we picked out a half dozen. They were tasty and prepared perfectly. I also got a croissant which was flakey and delicious. Next time I'll get a coffee too. This is a great spot to stop in for a little treat. There is seating inside but I wouldn't plan on eating there, it was a little snug.

Always a wonderful experience with quality drinks and pastries. The croque monsieur is my favorite with a rose lychee macaroon. Be aware though, they don’t accept cash.

The portions are terribly small on the sandwiches. The customer service is poor. Some counter staff ask for tips. Only one person is helped at a time. Two requests to meet with the manager were met with “he is not here.” He was present and later was caustic with me for being concerned about the poor portion size. Critique is not taken well. There is an arrogance at Mornings in Paris.

Staff was very friendly. Our croissant sandwich was delicious. It just was like most croissants we encounter. Soft like a roll and nothing like a real French croissant.

We got lattes and a snack to enjoy outside on the patio and a half dozen macarons to take home. Both lattes were great! (I had crime brûlée, my partner had the Mainer) for macarons we got almond wedding cake 👍🏻, espresso 👍🏻, earl grey 👍🏻, crème brûlée 👎🏻, birthday cake 👎🏻, and lavender honey 👍🏻. We will def be back! There are so many macaron flavors we want to try still!
