Very friendly staff! Homey atmosphere and food was great too! We had a blueberry muffin and the Down Eastah and both were great. There are tables inside with crayons and coloring pages for kids, as well as picnic tables with views of the Narraguagus River outside. Great small local business that we are happy to support!

Nice new cafe sits on the bank of the river. Plenty of seating outside and some inside. It appears Ice cream in season only. Really good fresh sandwiches which can be grilled excellent.

This is a wonderful place for ice cream, pastries, coffees, bagels, lunches. The amounts are generous and the ingredients are the freshest! It's a touch pricey, but it's in a remote location and again, it's SOOOOO worth the freshness & varieties. Sandwiches are thick, lettuce is fresh, several bread choices. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They could consider taking out the larger round table and putting in 2 or 3 smaller tables. If a larger party goes in they could always move 2 tables together. Just a suggestion to accommodate more seaters in the winter. In the summer they have outdoor seating all looking over a beautiful river. Don't forget to visit the fabulous Antique store one street up/across the river, though whether they'll be open (wonderful Antique Shop) has been hit or miss.

Visiting from out of state, and the service and quality here really struck me and my wife. Great service. They really try hard to make it a positive experience. Quality of the breakfast sandwiches was very good. Dirty chai was great.

So good. Really great coffee just about any way you want it, and excellent baked goods. The outside seating is the best place to enjoy your coffee, watching the narraguagus river go by.

Very nice shop. I bought a pound of coffee. Wish I'd had time for a bite. Everything looked so delicious 😋. Am planning on going back in the warmer weather to sit at the picnic table by the water and enjoy lunch.

We thought it was a great find. Custom made breakfast sandwiches with so many options. Great iced latte. Lovely staff. Outdoor tables by the stream were so relaxing.
