Very tasty sandwiches on offer and a limited selection of high quality pastries and cookies. No inside dining available but there are tables and benches available nearby.
Red Cup is a must visit when in Boothbay Harbor. We went each morning while staying at a nearby inn and were NEVER displeased. The cofee is HOT & the food is delicious! You must try the blueberry muffins, breakfast pizza, breakfast burrito, and the yummy cream cheeses for bagels. All the employees are very nice as well. We looked forward to our morning strolls to the cofee shop and look forward to visiting them again next summer.
This was one of the only places open early morning on a Wednesday in Boothbay. We had the veggie breakfast sandwich, bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and oatmeal. The veggie breakfast sandwich was really good with a decent amount of avocado and carrots. The bacon egg and cheese was alittle dry, but still good. I gave them 4 stars because the price, I didn't think the sandwiches were worth $9.80 each. Oatmeal was a local pre-packaged and add hot water cup with minimal dried fruit, also not sure it was worth $5. Overall, the food was good.
Maybe we hit a bad day. It was Wednesday, so not a busy weekend. We were looking for bagels and this is really not a bagel place. Bagel selection and cream cheese selection lacking. Shocked a breakfast place has no jams.
I got 6 blue berry muffins and 4 cinnamon and blue berry pastries. Cost 60 dollars! I was promised by employee that it would be worth every penny. They was NOT. Muffins heavy and dry! Very disappointing!!! Pastries was skim my on blueberries and mostly tasteless. Not worth the money go somewhere else.
Breakfast sandwiches on everything bagel were great but 30 dollars for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a small coffee is upsurd. Especially when you need to wait nearly 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches at a time where they weren't that busy.
The coffee and food were very good the the prices are I think way too high. The upcharges for soy milk and a single squirt of caramel were 2-3x what I'm used to paying. The breakfast pizza is awesome, but $9 for a single slice is twice what it should be.

Very nice place to chill! Went there with my family to drink some beverages and had a REALLY GOOD US$13 Turkey Club (BLT). Great service!!
