Nice and pleasant bakery with a decent choice of beads, tasty viennoiseries and savory dishes. A little pricey, and while the staff is very nice, service tends to be quite slow (25 minutes to be served a double-espresso). Also, on a personal note, I don't think they are using the right kind of coffee bean in the espresso. Nevertheless, definitely worth a visit.

Warmed Deep dish quiche was so tasty I just wish the piece was larger than my 3 fingers! (But probably the perfect serving size!) Accompanied by soft scrumptious bread and really good butter! My husband devoured the hippie crunch bagel sandwich. Really nice staff!!

Great bakery with vegan selections and bagels with several cream cheese varieties. Also bagel-pesto sandwiches. Sweets are fabulous if you like that stuff, I don't, according to my companions.

We had two breakfasts, mostly bagel based and everything was really good. The Happy Hiker has avocado, garlicky hummus, micro greens (sprouts) and green Chile’s and was our favorite. Bagels were wonderful, coffee and maple latte delicious, servers dealt with our peanut/tree nut allergy knowledgeably (they can’t promise lack of some cross contamination, but used a freshly washed knife/board to prep). The staff was calm a courteous with a line out the door on an unexpected afternoon rush.

The pastries here are AMAZING! Super friendly and hard working staff, very covid-conscious, super clean. The artwork and handmade goods are also top notch. Can't wait to be back in the area to go again!

A wonderful gem in Bethel. We came as tourists and were treated warmly and felt that our safety was a primary focus in service. The pickup window is smart, and the coffee was amazing. Today was a Maple Latte and a homemade chai. Tomorrow, we will be back to try baked goods! Thank you!

Up in area for skiing. Great coffee and bakery. Incredible fresh baked bagels. Mocha was solid. Had wood stove going on cold morning. Overall top-notch coffee shop.

The pastries were excellent. Some of the best brownies we have ever eaten. However, I was very disappointed with my latte. I bought a large maple latte, but the cup was only half full when I opened the lid. To add insult, the espresso shots were bitter and had "died". The barista was kind enough to fill the space with whipped cream when I showed her the gap of air in the latte. But as a former barista, I would never have sent out a half-full beverage, especially a drink that costs nearly six dollars.

Homemade bagel sandwiches with incredible toppings and outrageously tasty pastries
