Pink Pastry Shop

Extremely upset how the staff treated me as a customer. First off, four dollars for black coffee that has probably been sitting in the carafe for hours is outrageous. Secondly, the guy at the register all but yelled at me when I went to get my card out of my wallet because I didn’t see the pink (everything in the bakery is pink) paper that says that there’s a ten dollar minimum to pay with card. Then lastly, I asked for a cup of ice to pour into my coffee and the manager (?) told me I would have to pay an extra dollar for the paper cup... No thank you. I was not impressed by their coffee not their staff. Extremely unsatisfied.

Staff was rude and uninterested in their jobs. The food (we had whoopie pie and carrot cake) were very good. Customer service made me want to give a 1 star but since the food was good, rating 3/5. Wont return simply because the service.

Got a whoopie pie from here last year, didn't really do it for me and would not get again. This year sampled some of their cake slices, which were quite good. Lemon mascarpone cake is not something I would order regularly but here it was good- cake was light and springy, lemon mascarpone was flavorful. Another was chocolate and either toffee or caramel, was very rich. Seemed like it had salted toffee or caramel, could do without the salt. Last I believe was called peanut buttter bomb or chocolate peanut butter bomb which was also enjoyed. In short, good place to grab a slice of cake to go.

The people were so rude. The skinny girl never heard of an iced coffee (even tho it was on the menu??) and the other one looked like she’s tried everything twice. Don’t know if she was staring judge-mentally bc she knew the food was going to taste like cardboard or bc I could eat it without it going straight to my hips.

Meh. The staff member was friendly, but the whoopie pies that we got were average. The pies were dry and the frosting was really sweet. Some of the pies that we got seemed to have a lot more frosting than others.

Really good pastries and a delightful hostess! I love the variety of items.

Many pastry options. Staff was polite, attentive and got our orders for us quickly. Pastries and cookies were very good. They have Italian sodas, which was very good, and I dont find them places often

We visited this coffee shop 3 days in a row!!! We loved the young employees, bakery and most of all the cappuccinos!!

Elephant ear was dry and tasted old. Whoopi pie was moist but just ok blueberry muffin was good. Service was pleasant.

They only accept cash no cards which could cause issues. We didn't have a lot of cash...if they would have taken cards we would have bought more...just saying.
