The Coffee Pot Sandwich Shop

I grew up in Maine and was addicted to the original coffee pot sandwich when Skip was in the old shop down on State Street. I can remember the line out the door and down the sidewalk. These sandwiches are the same and the first thing I do when I return home to visit is get Coffee Pots!!

Okay, I just had my first and last Coffee Pot sandwich in Lincoln. It tasted remarkably like over-salted cardboard. It came with half a sub roll with the cheese draped over the outside of it and some pathetic tomatoes inside the bread. They don't do mayo, so it had some oil that made the bread soggy, yet still remarkably dry (figure that one out) and they don't do lettuce. All in all, a huge waste of time, money and tastebuds. Never again. I took one bite and threw the rest in the trash.

Best sandwiches around! Plan ahead if you're going to the drive up window, make sure you order ahead or you won't get a sandwich, and it can be a long wait depending on the time of day!

O.M.G. My family has eaten these sandwiches from the time they first opened. They are still a fantastic sandwich!! We get a bag full whenever we're in town!

I personally didn't enter the restaurant but the family I was with were very excited about their orders

Although we understand the changes you have made for filling orders at this time, you need a larger sign on your building so that people who do not readtread on Facebook know that they have to call before going through drive thru in order to expedite their orders....

Rude woman behind the counter rushing you produce was fresh meat what little they put on there sandwiches cheese onion very dry sandwich wasn’t offered any Mayo mustard wasn’t told if it came with it or not

Deluxe Salami coffee pot - not as delicious as I remember. Roll filled with tons of green peppers and onions. The meat and cheese laid over the top. Kind of difficult to eat - even after stuffing meat and cheese inside. $6.80

Local favorite for a one of a kind sandwich. Closet recipe to the original Coffeepot. Quick service. Call ahead and use the drive through for convience.

The best Italian Sandwich shop anywhere. Nobody makes a better Italian than the Coffee Pot.
