What a wonderful little gem this place is! Breakfast was delicious and the eggs were prepared exactly as I requested. Coffee was good and hot, homefries were perfect and I can’t recall the last time I had a grilled English muffin! The blueberry pancakes were loaded with fresh berries and Anita, our server was spot on in every way!

This is a great no-frills place to eat breakfast. The woman who runs the restaurant is very nice and pleasant to deal with. The food is not fancy, but it is tasty and hearty. The prices are also good for what you get. I enjoy coming here when I want to sit down to eat before work.

My daughter and I went here to get some breakfast and we were amazed at how wonderfully friendly the lady was and the food was amazing... cooked perfectly. by far the best food i have ever had at a restaurant. We will defiantly be going back for more and i recommend this place to everyone. We love it!!

Small little coffeeshop with a simple menu for great breakfast. The home fries were really good! Didn't realize it was CASH ONLY until after we ate though! Should be posted on the door before you enter or accept cards.

A true gem of Bangor! The owner/cook/server is always charming, pleasant, and attentive. The food is cheap, simple and delicious. Menu is plain and makes it easy to decide.
You must get blueberry pancakes your first time; they must have at least a half pint of fresh Maine blueberries per order in them.
Don't expect anything fancy here- it's Mrs Butterworth and folgers coffee and Lipton tea- and I wouldn't have it any other way
