PJ's Coffee

The drive thru is slow every time I go there. Love the coffee but don’t love the wait.

Every time I have been to PJ’s I have received friendly and quick service. Coffee has been fresh and delicious. I ordered beignets last time and had to wait a few minutes, but it was worth it considering they were fresh. The young lady at the window was apologetic that I had to wait. I will keep coming back. 😍☕️

If you value your time and money DO NOT waste it here. Me and my husband moved here from New Orleans not long ago and we LOVED the Pj’s there. Thought this would feel like home but Here we wait OVER an hour for our things when they were right in front of us the entire time. One of the girls working came over to see and saw we’d been there and drinks were melted made them over and apologized while the others just sat around with their hands in their pockets and kept leaving. A couple of days ago my husband had to wait over 20 minutes for a small coffee, sandwich and a croissant because they were trying to get everything out with little too no help. I asked for a manager and was told They were not there and sent me over a teenager to talk to. The managers are horrible! One comes out screaming and fussing at the workers while the guy helped them with nothing. They all seem very young, managers included. ill mannered managers and untrained workers. Just the other day there was hair in my food and he didn’t seem to care at all. Worst experience ever and done wasting our money here. This place definitely won’t be in business long

When they mess up your order, they have horrible service because they don't want to do anything to fix their mistakes. Constant new people. Constant out of stock product. Very Rude.

It’s nice to have another coffee shop option with a drive thru in WM. The beignets are really good and the flavor of the coffees are good too. However, the frozen drinks are not well done in my opinion. The flavor is good—but the consistency is not frozen, it’s just straight liquid. The first two times, we thought it was because of the long wait & that the drinks had sit out and melted. But this most recent time, we were the only ones in line & got them made fresh, yet they were still liquid. I prefer other coffee shops’ frozen drinks, especially for the price.

I’ve been here twice because they are a convenient coffee shop for me, but the 2 times I’ve gone to their shop the service was extremely slow & I was pushing time to get to work on time. Starbucks and other surrounding coffee shops are a lot quicker and the lines are much longer. I would have thought with shorter drive thru lines and hardly anyone in the lobby the service would have been much quicker. The coffee taste good, no issues with their products just the service.

I was so excited when I heard this place was opening because it is better than Starbucks to me. My first experience was great. They got my order right, workers were friendly, service did take a while but they had just opened so I expected that. Well just went again and not sure I will go back. I like granitas and the machine wasn't working. I couldn't understand the girl on the speaker, offered me something else and did they would put more expresso in it (which they didnt)didn't, charged me for a large when I ordered a small, didn't tell me the amount until I asked, which is unprofessional, and omg the wait. They need to hire more people. I really like this place so please get the problems fixed. The 3 stars is a balance between my two visits. First was great, second sucked.

Boyfriend went out to get us breakfast. I will start with the pros. His service was efficient and he said the employees were very nice! The chocolate muffin was good, as well as the chocolate croissant. That’s it for the pros. Onto the drinks. My boyfriend received the caramel granita. Extremely sweet, but that’s how he likes it. Yet it has such a weird underlying taste. You can’t pin point what it could be it just tastes off putting. Now for the worst part, my macchiato. I obviously didn’t expect anything of serious quality since it is a chain. But what I received was absolutely rancid. The smell is for some reason sweet. The taste is comparable to milk saturated cardboard. Due to the nature of a traditional macchiato the highly dissatisfactory taste can only be a result of the espresso beans that they use. Either that or their espresso machine isn’t cleaned properly. It is without a doubt the worst macchiato I’ve ever tasted. Nothing was good enough to write home about, nor come back for.

Gotta do something about that congested car line. The place is nice. Parking? A mess. Because of where it sits that's kinda tricky and confusing. Getting to the drive thru looks like a accident waiting to happen. If your car gets in the line... just play music for the minutes you are there. Worth the wait? Hmm depends on what you ordered.

Best cold brew I have ever had in my life. I’m not sure what it is, it’s not bitter like it is over at Starbucks, here is a bit more mild, but has an awesome aftertaste. I usually always get a black.
