Another Broken Egg Cafe

Hello I only gave 1 star on food because I am not a breakfast person but it was my birthday on this day and the server I know as twin she played ball with my daughter she was great she made sure we had everything we needed.
The place is nice you may have a problem on getting a handicap park but there are plenty of regular parking

Starters- good coffee and lovely little beignets, perfectly fried and drenched in powdered sugar; served with an amazing honey-orange marmalade! Yummy!!
We both ordered the eggs benedict crab cake - with potatoes on the side. My Husband's dish was cooked slightly more correctly than mine, and everything was seasoned properly. My eggs were overdone, almost completely solidified- and my english muffin was burnt / dried out. Further, there was very little hollandaise sauce. All in all, a little disappointing compared to other crab cake benedicts that we have eaten.
Wait staff was busy but attentive, gave good quality service all around.

I used to visit this place weekly on Saturdays mostly and at least 2 times during the week. The service went down and I stopped going completely for about 6mths. Recently, I've been trying it here and there, but haven't been too impressed. However, today my husband wanted to eat here so I agreed to go. I order pancakes with eggs and sweet ham. Unfortunately, my food came out cold. I asked for melted butter for my pancakes and had to wait 5 mins to get it. Once I did get it, the pancakes were so cold the melted butter started to clunk. The waitress asked if I wanted to box them up after seeing I clearly only took a bite from them. Ofcourse my answer was no. I mean who eats leftover pancakes. Based off my experience here today, the likelihood of me going there again anytime soon would be slim to none. If asked if I would recommend this place right now would be a "NO" (in Simon Cowell's voice).

Waitress was horrible. Attitude from the time she approached the table. Took food over an hour to come out says she forgot to press send and it got deleted. Came back and retook all orders over had to wait again..

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday morning. The service was quick and great. The food, which is so much Louisiana style (plus free Biscuit Beignets for first time customers) was delicious. We loved everything we had!

This place is great i eat here every time I go to Shreveport.Always something new and fresh on the menu.Very good Bloody Mary 😎

The food is fantastic! They stay busy! So expect a wait time of 30 minutes to an hour or so to be seated. And they are only open til 2pm. Get there early!

Shrimp and grits were great. Someone was always checking on us, not just waiter. Staff is very pleasant.

Well I was enjoying time with friends my 3rd time visiting. I got the Lobster City Grits and they’re soupy with gravy on top. Like mashed potato with gravy. I ask politely could I change it for something else and the Manager said it’s there policy if the food was made correctly it can not be taken off the ticket. Even tho I wasn’t able to replace it with another meal it would still be on my ticket. So enjoy your nasty food you’ll have to pay for it anyway.

This place currently has the best breakfast in town! Service is a match. Today was no different and the food was AMAZING! The best part is both food and service have been consistent. We’ll be back and soon.
