Great Cafe. Love that we had a table by the window and could charge our phones. Excellent service and delicious food and beverages

A MUST! My sister and I travelled to NOLA for an art exhibit and stopped by this BLACK-OWNED coffee shop! The best coffee I'd had the entire weekend in NOLA. Not to mention that my sister and I are complete health hippies ( as you can tell from our healthy choice of food- hehe), the desserts were vegan! Woohoo and I believe one was sugar free. We also enjoyed the avocado sandwich on ciabatta bread, it was so good, we ordered another to go! The owner was very pleasant and also gave us a nice history lesson on NOLA and Backatown! So glad we stopped here. 5 STARS. Please keep up the good work!

Cranberry cream cheese scones were amazing. Atmosphere was great.

Nice little cafe the coffee was great, but the french toast was lacking and my scrambled eggs were a little brown. Best just to get coffee and a pastry. Not really great if your looking for a filling breakfast.

Great place. Food is perfect for the atmosphere. Even had a Banana Bread that i didn't know was vegan and it was delicious.

We came with a group of 8 baristas & left with nothing but respect! The owner rang us in & helped get our drinks & food out in a timely manor. EVERYTHING was delicious. The decor was also beautiful & had the Nola charm we were expecting. Thanks for making our morning!

Such a great calm atmosphere with wonderful coffee. I will definitely visit next time I am in NOLA.

This place had the warmest and friendliest staff and atmosphere of anyplace we went on our recent--and first--visit to New Orleans, and that's saying something! It has one wall of windows so it's flooded with natural light, and in addition to many tables it has two large leather couches. My husband, who is very particular about his coffee, loved theirs, and bought a bag of beans which we enjoyed at home. I ordered the tuna salad sandwich with the croissant on the side because I'm gluten sensitive, and they were happy to oblige. The tuna salad was one of the best I've ever tasted, too.

Sometime between breakfast & brunch... great crawfish quiche & turkey panini. Some vietnamese coffees for me and my wife. Real chill atmosphere, like a Starbucks except it doesn't suck. Staff was awesome as well as everything else.
