Everything was out of this world good! Even the cute dog named Kevin that came in with his owner was friendly and super cute! We will definitely stop here again when in Lake Charles!

Coffee wasn't bad, probably the best coffee option for a Sunday morning in Lake Charles. However the bitter smell of burnt oil from the beignet fryer permeates the place. We were hoping to eat breakfast here but rather got our coffees to go.

To owner: thank you for your response. Please consider upgrading your kitchen exhaust system.

The atmosphere was warm, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. If you're looking for an okay coffee that you can enjoy with friends, Stellar does do a good job. If you're looking for artisanal, hand-crafted coffee, however, the offerings are disappointing. Specifically, the pour overs are not well done if done at all.

Do yourself a favor and pull in. Amazing coffee. Great breakfast sandwiches. Awesome beignets. They roast their own coffee too!

Stellar is a nice little shop if you're looking for a comfortable place enjoy great coffee, tea, soup and sandwiches. The baristas are genuinely nice and the place doesn't have a "corporate chain" feel about it. Along with the normal chairs and tables of a coffee shop, there are coffee tables and couches as well as live acoustic musicians, poetry readings, art, comedy and live play performances. It's like sitting in your living room with friends, but more entertaining.

I love how they can duplicate any coffee order you ask for and breakfast anytime of the day! This place has an Ambiance about it that is so wonderful! If you're ever in the area I highly recommend trying this place for coffee and a meal.

Great coffee, awesome variety of tea and coffee, (just haven't tried teas yet but smell delicious), BEIGNETS!, tasty muffins, sandwiches look terrific, and did I mention BEIGNETS! Really nice attentive personnel. Very artsy decor. Often have live soft music (guitar). Lots of local artists paintings on display.

I quite enjoyed myself. I asked what was good and the barista gave her honest opinion. I have to agree with her that the Snickerdoodle signature beverage is top notch. I was also fond of the unconventional furniture. They had cool tables and chairs, don't misunderstand, but they added wicker furnishings that really rounded out the place. I would have to say this place made it onto my list of places to show someone from out of town or even recomend to some locals who haven't been yet.

Very cool, relaxed spot. Caught some live music on Saturday morning. Great coffee, the bignettes are fresh and yummy with the dipping sauces.
