Food was off the hook I'm not a breakfast person so I was happy there serve Sammie all day the Cuban was really good well prepared and authentic. Incredible coffee.. service was great too

Beignets are amazing! Caramel frap was better than Starbucks too.

I stopped by here one morning with my 3 year old son, on a hunch, to feel my stomach and get some caffeine. The breakfast crossaint I ordered, with ham egg and cheese was phenomenal. The coffee, a white chocolate mocha, was arguably the best cup of joe I've ever had. And of course, I had a few bites of my son's French toast.

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is just right. I look forward to bringing the rest of the family, and trying something different. It's nice to see Lake Charles with something like this. I highly recommend it, because you're not going to get a better bang for your buck. The owners are clearly knowledgeable and ahead of the curve here in SW LA.

Nice little coffee shop conveniently located off I-210. Stop in for the friendly service! We came in for a quiet breakfast and had the Cowboy Breakfast Bowl and the plate, both of which were quite tasty. They currently have a king cake blended frappe which looked delicious, though we had a traditional 6oz cappuccino and dark roast drip coffee instead.

I just discovered this is the old Chez Cafe reboot, and I love it. The place is warm and inviting. Food is great.

First visit here, greated warmly upon entering with quick spill on how everything works. Wait time was descent. Food was really good. Coffee will bring me back next time I am in area.

Got beignets and americano. Took a little while to get the food but it was good.

Went for Saturday morning breakfast. Lady had us a menu and said sorry we are short on menus we are printing more. The print was pretty small and hard to see. We ordered two coffees, ham egg and cheese croissant, and omelette with toast and potatoes. Coffee was good. Had our food delivered and realized everything was plastic.. plastic plates that were small and plastic silverware. I was not impressed or happy about trying to eat with these flimsy plastic silverware and plate that was the same size if not smaller than my food. After listening to people around me a few were mentioning the same thing to people at their table. “How am I suppose to eat my chicken and waffles with this?” I though this was suppose to be a nice breakfast place to eat? Made me feel like I was at McDonald’s. Then to think all that trash from plastic silverware, plastic plates, napkins, coffee cups, etc. on the food side omelette was good. The breakfast sandwich was pretty plain tasting. Could of put butter and toasted the croissant, salt pepper the eggs something…. Was really hoping for more.
