CC's Coffee House

I stopped by on my way to work 3.13.18. for a cup of hot chocolate it wasn't hot enough (warm) got to work to reheat it and oh my goodness it tasted TERRIBLE ! if I could have brought it back I would have. To the young lady that made it you need more training. #verydisappointing

First-time Houma customer.

Server at window gave me a receipt to sign (with a place to add a tip ... wth?) and return after I handed her my debit card. She then argued with me about what size drink I had ordered after I politely asked, "Is that a large?" She said I ordered a "grande, which is a medium." I said, "but I said large." (I never request sizes based on silly menu verbiage.) Instead of leaving it at that, she said, "I heard grande." So I said, again, "I said large. I'm just curious because the cup is kinda small." She apologized, "because we're really busy," and offered to redo it, but I declined, since I only paid for a grande. As I drove off, I realized I wasn't given a copy of the receipt, but my bank app shows I paid $7.68 (for a medium Mochasippi and a $2.35 banana nut muffin). Yeah. I'm sticking with Starbucks and PJ's, unless I'm on Esplanade Avenue in New Orleans.

Breakfast sandwiches were all horrible cold and old. We had gotten 3 coffee isn't bad but what a waste of money

coffee is ok ..I had iced coffee..it was decent..and they are not always super busy so it doesn't take forever to get your order!

Friendly staff. Great space. Consistently good coffee. Glad they added non-sugary breakfast choices as well as their sweets.

Worst customer service ever. Two servers did not even acknowledge our presence at the counter. One server too busy with her personal phone call to even look our way. Walked out after waiting 10 minutes. No one else was in line. Will not go back.

Good coffee nice service . Turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant was good

I was very surprised by the quality and flavor of tfhe coffee. I ordered here what I would normally order at Starbucks, and this place was much better!
