I usually go to the West Esplanade location but I was in Harahan and I found my favorite worker with the red hair in the plaid pants she knows my order just by looking at my face and she hasn't even seen my face in years and she could still know it's me even with a mask on LOL I believe her name is Lindsey but it's been so long but she's definitely number one in customer service

Drive through service is very slow. After giving my order at the speaker cashier asks you again what your order is. It took me 10 minutes to get two coffees and they weren't that busy. Workers are nice and the coffees are good but the service is simply just too slow.

Nice place for breakfast. Food is always good here. They have combo deals for breakfast or you can get something off the menu. Inexpensive spot and they have free wifi. They have tables,booths, high tops, outdoor seating. Bathrooms are always clean and handicap accessible. Handicap accessible parking and entrance. They also have a drive thru if you're on the go,and I never see a line so they must keep em moving! I will be back and recommend this place to my family and friends.

Very friendly staff. Especially evening crew. Barista Jerry is so funny. Always makes great suggests. Place is clean. Wish they had a food menu in the evening.

I come to this coffee shop every time I’m visiting my family in River Ridge. The staff has always been so friendly, and I love the coffee!! I’ve gotten a plain latte, an iced latte, and a frozen coffee—all very delicious! This coffee is way better quality than the Starbucks down the street ☺️

We (my girlfriend and I) have frequented this Puccino's probably 10 times over the last couple of years. Twice in a row now, we have ordered food (dine-in) and the order never got sent to the kitchen. Both times, after waiting 15-20 minutes, we go back in and they hadn't even started on our food order. I wouldn't have posted this for an isolated incident, but twice in a row, with so many other places to get breakfast/coffee, we have decided to no longer visit this establishment.

I will note that before these two incidents, we had been very pleased with this Puccino's. The food and coffees are very good, and the patio is nice.

I went through the drive-through ordered three drinks and when I went to the window they gave me two drinks where I had to correct them to get my third. One drink I asked for it to be frozen they gave it to me hot and whenever I gave it back to be corrected they brought it back iced and not frozen. I also did not receive a receipt with my purchase.

They have a sign on the door that's says something about come on in, we are vaccinated. Not requiring a mask. The employees had them on, many were dropped below their nose however. We say outside because only two guests had on masks and one guy was coughing so much we thought for a moment he was chocking.

I love this place! Best coffee; in a city that KNOWS about coffee! Staff here are delightful, too . This Met. Rd. location is my 'local',but I ALWAYS prefer Puccino's, in any part of town!

Just awful. Not clean like the flagship locations on vets and by lakeside mall. Low skilled baristas that burn milk, basically serving up vomit flavored lattes as a result. Just really bad. There is a really nice guy that works there though. He should move to a more respected establishment so his talent isn't wasted.
