I loveeeee it here !!! My best friend took me here for the first time and I cannot emphasize how nice it was here. I work at a Starbucks as a supervisor and it’s very rare I go to other coffee shops but this place was stellar. It was very clean looking from the eyes of a customer, the person who greeted me was very sweet and he was working by himself.
💆🏼♀️ he saw me being indecisive and he was kind of enough to give recommendations and explained the difference between the drinks. 💀 it was midday so I didn’t want espresso and took a granita and I love how smooth it was compared to a Starbucks Frappuccino. 🥰 five star for service friendliness & quality.
🫶🏼 didn’t get the guy who served us name but you’re the best !!! He even gave us a coupon to come back.

This place is usually great every time I go. There was one time they were super busy, though and accidentally gave me a sour tasting drink. All in all, I love their drinks and service.

Idk if anyone has commented this but the aesthetic is overwhelming. Im not sure its my vibe.
I asked for an espresso shot and I saw them pour out coffee from another cup. Pre made espresso is pretty nasty. Unfortunate. Luckily I was dipping a Biscotti and a shot only costs $0.99

If you ask for an orange juice with no ice, this is what you get. Of course this is a first for me, in over half a century in this planet. To justify, when questioned, the employee said, "that's how we do it to compensate for the ice". She was also answering phone call on her headset "or maybe the drive thru?" while taking my order. The blt I ordered was cold, yes even the toasted bread was cold. One and done. Way to make a first impression.

Coffee wasn't that good but drive thru ladies were so super nice

Ordered an iced mocha, but what I got was more of a latte. I'd say skip this place and go to PJ's, Starbucks, or somewhere else. A coffee shop should know how to make basic drinks.

I visited Puccino's for a quick daytime coffee outing. I arrived at 10am on a Tuesday morning and parking was non-existent. I guess it's good that they're getting business, but the parking lot is a bit small for the location. I had to drive around a few minutes before locating a spot behind the building. I then had to go through the drive through area in order to reach the parking spot. I ordered a cappuccino, and silly me for thinking that it would come in a small ceramic cup lol. I was asked if I wanted a small, medium or large. I was then given the option of adding flavoring. I never knew ordering a cappuccino could be so difficult lol. However, I did appreciate the fact that they had several sugar free syrups and decided to go with french vanilla. My cappuccino was super hot and I had to wait about 30 minutes before being able to comfortably drink it. The inside of the coffee shop was unique, but the atmosphere wasn't for me. I can't see myself taking my laptop there and hanging out for a couple of hours.

I go to Puccinos weekly and today I was highly highly upset leaving here. It was raining and I was waiting for them to answer the drive thru speaker was told to hold on so I had my window rolled up until they were ready. I waited 2 minutes and rolled my window to be told I’ve been ready. So when I got to the window the manager was nice but the girl giving me my drinks had the NASTIEST attitude. She told me I tried telling you we been ready so I explained to her I had my window rolled up because it was storming. She then turned around with an attitude and told me well we can’t control the weather. When I asked for her manager she told me come get her then and Slammed the window in my face as she told me shes not my kid. At this point I had 2 drinks but not one of the ones I ordered. So I go inside ask for the manager and she continue screaming at me in the restaurant In front of people including my 6 yr old. Telling me she isn’t the one to mess with etc. I turned to the manager and asked if she really allows her works to speak to customers this way and all she could say was sorry and handed me 2 $5 gift cards. Highly disappointed with how this was handled. I don’t need the money to compensate I need to be treated with respect and I’m sorry but who in the hell let’s their employees talk to people this way. I’ve lived in River Ridge since I was 7 and have never had an experience like this around here EVER! Highly upsetting experience.

Interesting place... Been passing this place for a while and decided to try it out. Nonetheless, the food and coffee is pretty good, and there is also a gambling room.

My girl really liked her coffee/ice cream thing. Had some crazy guy in there sitting like he lived there shouting wild stories. Excellent place.
