PJ's Coffee

Last time I picked up 2 or 3 muffins, the bottoms were burnt so threw half away. Went there today and I told the girl about problem. Bought 4 today , she said she they were ok. Not!! I took cranberry & orange out for dessert, bottoms burnt. Had to cut half off! I paid over $14 which is expensive and quality is not worth that much money! I called to complain and made sure she took my name and phone to give to manager. Let’s see what happens. All she said was she would tell the baker in the AM.

The greed of this place is unbelievable. I walked in and ordered a Medium iced tea, and asked them if they would be willing to just fill the cup with half a cup of ice, and the lady told me that there would be an extra charge for that, because I would be getting more product . As it is, a medium iced tea costs almost $3.00, and there is no discount on refills. And they are going to charge extra for a little bit less ice then normal . She told me that they are supposed to fill the cup completely full of ice, or there is an up charge for a request of less ice. That is just crazy in my opinion. The tea is made using tea bags, which are probably very cheap, and they are going to charge extra for requesting half a cup of ice. Also , some of the employees that PJ's hire are also unfriendly (and cold as ice), in my previous experiences of going there. So, Starbucks will be getting my business in the future, because their employees are very friendly, and I can order an iced tea with absolutely no ice at all, if I wanted to , for no extra charge.

My OHH my, its nasty in here..

They charge more than what is listed on their menu. They also got my order wrong. Upon asking the Barista why they charge more and why they put cream in my coffee, she responded in a condescending tone and told me that's the way it is. No place should charge almost $5 for a cup of coffee. Awful service and misleading prices.

Texas has OK coffee. Mostly major chains like Starbucks. When I want quality coffee and great taste, I hit up PJs when I'm back home for a visit. Love their coffee!

Their granitas are delicious their capuccino choco chip muffins are good too but not all their caffes have it. I do wish they had more bkft choices though.

I am addicted. It's really hard to start the day without hazelnut.

Been here many times for many years, and there is always great service, friendly employees, and excellent coffee. Went through the drive through for the first time today, and received friendly, quick service.

Ordered a small black coffee that took the server 30 seconds to pour and ring me up for. As I am putting my cash in my wallet the cashier asked "Did I drop your money in to the tip jar?" I responded "No." He said "Oh, maybe you could put it in then." Getting hustled for a tip is unacceptable especially for such a simple order.

I used the drive-thru window. The lady was very nice and got my order perfectly! I love the reward points!
