Went back two days in a row because the caramel velvet cream is literally the best drink. It’s better than starbucks and mcdonald’s. It has a soft consistency somewhat like a frappe. But if you don’t like overly sweet drinks don’t get this. This drink is really sweet but I enjoy it. Also ask for the whipped cream on top even better. It’s a nice cafe with seatings and free wifi when you purchase your drink. The atmosphere is chill.

We'll never step food into this PJ's again as we strongly feel we was treated with discrimination. I paid $4.75 plus tax for a coffee that was the weakest coffee I ever ordered and the woman flat out refused to fix it up good. It did not taste nearly like it had 2 shots of espresso in it. She did not prepare the Cappuccino the way my son asked her to. She resentfully remade my coffee and although I'd told her to cut the milk in half, the coffee tasted about the same as before - not strong at all for 2 shots of espresso. As a matter a fact both cups tasted like they had not even 1 shot of espresso in them. The point of getting 1 of these coffees is to taste the espresso and not taste mostly milk. I tried to tell the woman that I'd never had a PJ's coffee that tasted so bad (so weak). She did not care whatsoever about my satisfaction and she treated me as such. She was rude and disagreeable to both me and my son as we tried our best to explain how the coffee was to her. She simply did not care. She goes "I fixed it the way you said for me to fix it" however, no she didn't not fix it the way my son ordered it. The Cappuccino had only a wee bit of foam in it. It had a lot of milk in it. Cappuccino's is suppose to be 1/3 coffee, 1/3 steamed mild, & 1/3 foam milk. I went back up to the counter and asked her if she'd put a full 2 shots in my remade coffee and she said "yes" she did. I got to thinking about the whole ordeal and I think the problem was with the machine. I think PJ's has a machine where you press a button for the coffee to be made unless I'm totally mistaken. So the counter girl did not believe me at all about how weak the coffee was and she didn't consider it could be the machine. She could of just added more espresso however she wanted to charge me for another shot of espresso. The cookie we ordered was stale. Hey PJ's you owe me a coffee plus a cookie? Actually you owe me 2 Cappuccino's with 2 shots espresso as she messed my coffee up before in the past. She'd also had the audacity to bring up that prior incident today and we'd not been in this PJ's for 7 months. Plus the time we encountered her and it was again very unpleasant, that was more than 7 months. As the last time it was another girl that gave me problems and was going to make me, an elderly woman, get back in line since I'd approached the counter and not gone in this other way.

For me it’s a hit or miss. Drive thru sometimes is fast or I’m there for a good while waiting for a drink. I usually get the granita’s. Sometimes they’re on point and delicious but the last two times they seemed “water down” not frozen enough.

Walking arrangement is not good very hard to navigate in parking lot. Traffic very congested due to construction I'm assuming on roadway very bad directional signals. Pressure washing was being performed at 9:00 a.m. on the parking lot in building didn't they much sense. Thanks

The best. Hands down. Starbucks could never. My fiance didn't even like coffee that much till she had a caramel macchiato from PJ's in Covington. I've frequented N.O., Slidell, Hammond and also now Covington and they should literally be everywhere cause now I'm back in DE and they're not here.

I love all of the staff. They are always smiling & efficient. The only downer for me is my granita is never frozen anymore no matter what time of the day I go. I know they were down to one machine & it can’t keep up with this favorite. Any chances if this improving? I never order anymore if I’m not going home because to enjoy it I need to put it in the freezer for an hour or so.

The 2 of us had bad luck to many times visiting this PJ's coffee shop and this mornings unpleasant experience did not make us feel good. We've given this PJ's a lot of business. It's very doubtful we'll ever go back again. When you enter this PJ's there's 2 ways you can approach the counter. There is no sign at the other end directing people to enter that way. We've always approached the counter the most easy and direct way and never had any problems until today. Today as we got up to the counter 2 other sets of people went in the other way but we still got to the counter first. The girl told us we was suppose to go in the other way and for us to get back in line, as in get back behind these 2 other sets of people. But this nice lady told us to go ahead and order. I'm an elderly woman with chronic fatigue & a dizzy condition and can't stand up long. We went ahead and ordered and sit down. Then we got more good luck when it started raining like a banshee. We ended up having to call an Uber to get home. Bad experiences like this make a sensitive person feel bad. I don't understand why the girl had to treat us like she did. If I were the counter worker I'd of never told a customer to get back in line. We should of just left and went to Starbucks. The counter girl just wanted to be a bully. Hey young lady, if you read this I'd like to ask you why you had to treat us that way and if you would treat anybody else the same way?

I just went through the drive thru and it took thirty minutes after I ordered two peppermint mochas two sausage egg and cheese bagels muffin and the drinks had no peppermint or mocha. That is ridiculous

PJs is "famous" for their delicious iced mocha, but what I really love is the variety of flavored iced coffee brews, that are a great no-sugar option. My favorites are the Pralines & Cream and English Toffee. They offer an assortment of pastries and treats, but I don't have an opinion to share on their food. Service is always friendly, which is a major draw when you're spending $5 on a cup of coffee.

Always the best! I'm addicted to the velvet ice frozen coffee! Staff at every location is always amazing sweet and patient, but in particular the lovely young ladies at the elmwood location. They've kept me in good spirits through my difficult pregnancy, and I'm so grateful! They get very busy, but work so fast you never really have to wait! Thanks for the smiles, y'all! 💖💖💖
