CC's Coffee House

Usually I love going to this location. But today as I was leaving this vehicle blocked me from being able to access my vehicle ramp to get into my vehicle. 2 customers had to go back into the store (2-3 times) to confront the staff to get them to do something. Unacceptable!!!!!!! And the whole time, the staff knew who the car belong to...SMH

Next time sir please park in one of the 2 open handicapped spots instead of parking in the loading zone.

We all need to be respectful of each other's accessiblilty.

I came here with my girlfriend to work on a paper (I'm an LSU student) and ordered a vanilla latte. While I was studying, the workers must have thought that we left and were talking about situations/people they thought were creepy. One of them proceeded to say, "That guy from earlier who ordered a sugar free latte was creepy", referring to me.

Granted, I was in a bad mood at the time because this week has been finals week, so I have been pretty stressed taking exams, working, and grading tests for the class I TA for, so I can understand that I probably gave off an "I'm not happy" impression. I'm also male, so that may be a factor.

In any case, no one who knows me and 99% of people who first meet me would certainly NOT describe me as creepy, and I don't appreciate the judgement when you know absolutely nothing about me nor my circumstances at the time. Imagine if I make a rash judgement about these workers and CC's because of this situation and decide to never come back. But instead, I will choose to show some grace and assume that the situation originates from two bored workers just trying to pass the time.

Just next time, show the same grace to me, a person temporarily stressed beyond belief and in a generally bad mood who has decided to vent about it in a needlessly long review. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

I am new to the area. I am trying to find a good cold brew coffee. I went in this morning to get one. She took my order and the other one started fixing my order. All i had to pay with was cash. I had no ideal that they don’t take cash. She told the other one to stop making my coffee. So my coffee was probably thrown out, wasted because I only had cash. I don’t know if I will go back. I can’t go to Starbucks. I will have to keep looking for a good place for coffee. I don’t know if they ever take cash she didn’t tell me.

Love this place, always friendly and quick. Great product and great service!

Is it normal for a super grande espresso 22?

Super friendly staff and really good coffee. I stop here every time I am in the area. Michelle took my order, she was pleasant, spoke very clearly and got my rather complicated order spot on. Would definitely go here again.

I pass TWO Starbucks to get here...let's start with this fact. Today my drink was wrong. I got back in line to have it corrected and got condescending attitude from the worker when I questioned it being the correct drink, then asking it to be fixed. Called the corporate office in Baton Rouge, about 10:00 no returned call.

Three days later...still no call.

Excellent friendly service. Coffee great. Pistachio muffin...yum tastes like almond too. Love it.

I imagine this will be obvious to most, but for those that don't know; you need to tell the baristas if you want sugar, milk, etc, as I got a mocha and was asked if I wanted milk but hadn't realised that they make the drink *as you say*, so be sure to specify if you want any sweeteners. Otherwise, the employees were great and the coffee was excellent.

Great post-restaurant visit ! We had just left a ' pretty much everything went wrong dinner ' and swung in to C Cs in an attempt to salvage the evening . The two young men behind the counter were great ! , friendly and professional and did their best to accommodate us . We were celebrating a birthday for one of us and this visit saved an evening that had been going downhill . Great job guys !
