I love this place. The people are awesome sauce. I can see that they are busting their butts to provide excellent customer service. It always seems like there's way too many people on the floor- I think they are training, but either way, they're always keeping busy and getting eachother's backs when things get busy. Place is super clean. I would almost sit on their public potty. Unfortunately they don't offer a veterans/military discount- but they offer a free iced coffee/cold brew/brewed coffee. It's always nice to have SOMETHING for veterans. If you're in the area, try this place out. Break away from Starbucks once in a while! and don't expect CC's to make coffee as quickly as Starbucks- they don't have automatic espresso machines there! They actually have to train and become skilled in pouring espresso shots! Appreciate the effort and care!

Workers were very nice. This is a great place to study or relax. There are many places to sit including high tables, low tables and soft chairs. The windows let in a lot of natural light that brightens up the place. Bathroom was kept very clean. If you are a frequent CCs goer, make sure to sign up for a loyalty card with free refills on hot/cold coffees and teas! I usually get a number 22 with hazelnut flavoring, but with free refills I will start getting a hot peach tea or iced herbal nectar with sugar free sweetener!

Starbucks is better. CC’s needs to get it together and offer a wider variety of actual coffee drinks. I have never been a fan. I wanted to be. I really did. Still 3 stars, because ultimately it is coffee. But if there is a Starbucks in a 3 mile radius (and lets be honest, there is), you know what to do.

Perhaps it's just me... but when I say "thank you" and I ALWAYS do, after I place my order, and after I receive my drink, "you're welcome" or some version thereof, seems appropriate. I'm there at least two or three times a week. I've yet to hear even ONE person say it to me. I actually wondered if it was corporate policy and called their headquarters. Left a message for their regional person over the location. That was a week ago. Haven't gotten a return call. Went to the drive through today. Nary a "you're welcome" What's the deal CC's?

Delicious dark roasts and awesome chicory options! I'm from the Northeast so I usually look for a Dunkin Donuts wherever I go but figured I'd give this a try as there are no DD in the area and I rarely find a coffee I like at Starbucks. I was not disappointed by CC's! While I don't live in the area, I got a CC's card and plan to look for one whenever I'm in the South! ☕🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟☕

Great coffee! I ordered a tall latte with sugar-free creme brulee flavoring and it was so good! Their seasonal drinks are always fun as well. I always to CC's to get my caffeine fix.

Great coffee! I had a cup of their medium roast, and it was the best coffee I've had that I didn't brew myself. Wish we had one of these in Austin, but they seem to be only in Louisiana. Just what I needed as I was traveling from Austin to Florida.

Love this place. Good coffee. Online ordering. Rewards. Free drinks on your birthday. Way better than the other (buck) place imo.

Great friendly service. Always order cafe au lait and coffee cake in the morning but I notice the cake slice is getting smaller. Not worth the price.

I'm so glad they built this CC's! It looks great, and they always do an awesome job with our orders. The workers there are incredibly friendly, too! I wish they had one of these in Juban too so we can grab coffee during our shopping trip!
