Well don't know where to begin with this Cake or whatever you want to call it. The presentation of it was disappointing and taste.

This is the worst king cake I ever purchased. The cake was flat and there was about a pound and a half of sugar icing on it. I am extremely disappointed since this was the reason I went to Covington, LA from Houston, TX. Purchased 2/28 @ 9:18am. Receipt: XHm0

Umeko was AMAZING! I called two minutes after you opened to secure a 1/2 lemon 1/2 chocolate doberge cake for my daughters boyfriends mom for Mother’s Day. We live in Florida so I was so thankful that I could call and pay for the cake and have my daughters boyfriend pick it up later today. Umeko was so precious—polite, respectful, and efficient— honestly she gave amazing service over the phone. I have not encountered customer service like that ever in Florida! Major kudos and a big pat on the back being sent to Umeko. None of my requests ever seemed like a problem. Can you write Happy Mother’s Day on the cake? Sure! Can you write Happy Mother’s Day Mrs. Nancy , Love Addie Grace on the cake box? Sure! And she even made sure she spelled Nancy correctly—double checking with me. She made sure she knew who was picking up the cake and that she got his phone number. She also made sure to let me know my receipt was being texted to me before I had a chance to ask about it. Just superb service. She even told me to have a great day and Mother’s Day. Please make sure she knows how grateful I am for her help this morning. She made the whole experience easy and super pleasant! And just as I’m about to send this, I get a call from her triple checking the name spelling to make sure she had it right! That’s true customer service!

Amazing king cakes! This was my my first time visiting this location in a while and I am glad we stopped in! A variety of goods, collectibles, and also a seating area. Although busy (consequence of a great product!) the wait time is minimal! My family loves traditional, I personally love filled!

The donuts were amazing. I will be back to look at all their decorative pieces too.

2 cakes in 2 days and both were very disappointing. First was the wrong flavor and seemed off flavor wise. Second was pineapple filling which was basically a small drop in the middle. You guys used to have on the spot cakes, but these were way off.

I live in Texas and picked up the Large King Cake on my way home Friday. We finally ate it today. My piece was great but my husband wasn't so lucky, he had a hair in his piece. Sadly, the whole cake is ruined and I am out $37 in Texas. Such a bummer because we love King Cake. Maybe the staff preparing the food should wear hair nets? If I lived there I would return the cake but if it was shipped I would still be in the same boat. 🤷‍♀️

Excellent birthday cake and chocolate glazed donuts. I have been back there since for the second birthday cake. The first one I bought, I was told the person that writes happy birthday on cakes wasn't in. I bought a second one and wanted happy birthday written on it and was told the lady that writes wishes on cakes couldn't do it. It was a halloween theme made to look simialar to a pumpkin. I'm sure it could have been done even though the writing may have gone over a few leaves on the cake, but I didn't want to make an issue. I realize I bought ready made cakes, but it seems like the others working there should be taught how to do this.

We got our daughter’s Baptism cake from Nonna Randazzo's. It was nicely done and very delicious! When I brought my toddler in to buy a king cake this season, one of the ladies offered my little girl a donut hole. She loved it, and I loved the friendly customer service!

I had the cream cheese king cake. Very minimal of what appears to be artificial color, which is nearly ubiquitous among king cakes. The bread part was delicious and moist. A fine cake. If it's free of artificial colors and flavors Ill revise my review to a 5/5.
