And okay place that will do in the pinch. But this location the staff was not attentive. They never acknowledged me when I was standing at the counter, and I might be wrong, but it seemed like everyone of them was avoiding to actually help me. But the drink was OK. Not fantastic but it was OK.

Bought 4 coffees. Only one made it to its destination. The cup holders are flimsy and the cups do not fit properly. Being cheap at the customer's expense is an indicator for a bad business. Got coffee all over my car, I don't even drive fast.

I usually love coming here, but lately the staff seems distracted when serving customers. I attempted to ask the cashier a question, but she was too distracted by her conversation with the other employee to answer. Then, she left me standing at the register mid-transaction without saying anything or indicating I was finished. Professionalism seems to be lacking here lately.

I wish I could rate this place a Zero. Yesterday, I got my 3rd and final takeout order that consisted of whatever they felt like putting in the box.

I ordered a Pesto Chicken Salad and got a box of spinach - no other greens as indicated on the menu - no tomatoes and 1/4 a slice of cucumber. That's a slice of cucumber that's been cut in half and then one of the halves is cut in half and French Press gives you one half of a half.

I'm annoyed at how the servings at the super cute place ruin the place.

NOTE TO STAFF: If you are out of something that a customer orders, tell the customer and give them the opportunity to order something else. It is not okay to toss together whatever you feel like tossing.

This is the slowest coffee house on the planet and the Latte barely taste like coffee. Was good when they first opened but not anymore . Girls don’t even say thank you when you leave a tip. Than I just got 2 cold. Lattes !

I was really looking forward to trying the coffee and breakfast sandwiches at this establishment. This was our 1st time ordering. We assumed all orders were taken at the window. I didn’t see a speaker, nor hear anyone say “can I take your order.”

Upon placing our order at the window, the young lady at the window on 4/2/2022 at about 9am took our order while saying “IS THAT ALL” each time I added something. She seemed very annoyed. After I finished my order, she stated the total and said “NEXT TIME COULD YOU PLEASE ORDER AT THE SPEAKER”. She was clearly annoyed (tone of voice & body language)

I drove off at that point. She was rude & her response was uncalled for. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.

Here is a GOOD Example of how she could’ve addressed me:

Good Morning, I’m sorry did you miss placing your order at the speaker? I’ll take your order here, but do you mind coming inside to complete the transaction so that we can serve the customers behind you who have already placed their orders?

Maybe this young lady was having a bad day, but there is still no excuse to treat customers this way.

We ended up going to Walmart and purchasing Starbucks, whipped cream and made our own “fun” coffee drink at home and ate breakfast sandwiches from Racetrac.

The Barista helping us was great. Attentive and honest. My friend and I sat for a couple of hours and bought a couple of drinks and pastries. Super nice the whole time.

I've always had a good experience up until the day I went there and they were only taking cash..I didn't have cash so I couldn't get my coffee.the cashier said "oh sorry cash only"...I WAS going there EVERYDAY so I would think instead of throwing the coffee away or whatever she did with it she would offer it to me and just get the money for it on my return visit..Customers are only important when they are spending money I guess. Customer service goes far beyond fake smiles and extra napkins.

I dunno, it just felt unwelcome and the hours on the door say it closes at 9. I was asked to leave at 8, even though the door says it closes at 9. I just needed somewhere peaceful to sit for a bit. I regret I spent money here. The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake is pure sugar. Might as well just eat a couple of spoonfuls of sugar, it’s not flavorful at all.
