Horrible customer service, I was on my way in to make a purchase when another customer on their way out said don't spend your money in there, they are very rude. I turned to look in and cashier put her hand on her hip, stared at me and starting saying something. I took out my phone to record, she stopped and put her head down. I got back in my car, no purchase.

Pretty decent coffee... the staff needs some lessons in customer service though. the same woman who works the drive thru, who also appears to be the manager, is consistently pretty rude. i wanted to walk in to place my order since the line was 10+ cars deep. the doors were locked. when I asked why they were locked, she said they’ve always been locked. Incorrect! I told her I went a couple weeks back inside to place my order because the line was so long. she got defensive and said “well, we locked them again so.” thanks for reminding me why I support small chains when I can! I’ll be making the extra trip to Huya Craft Coffee and patiently awaiting for when Jet Coffee arrives to Broussard.

Visited on a Friday. Customer service was pleasant and my drink was made well. My issue came when I saw an additional charge for 4 times my order amount on my bank statement. I called to speak to a manager and the person I spoke with who claimed to be the manager told me that she knew she had mistakenly charged me and had processed a refund at the time of purchase. I am mind blown that a person would tell me that they knew they made a mistake and NEVER mention it while I was at the store. Who is training the management team?! Here it is Tuesday and my account has yet to be corrected. I am furious that the “manager” treated her mistake with such negligence. To not inform me that she ran my card on someone else’s order is blatant disregard for me as a customer. I will not return to this location.

They have great coffee and their prices are *slightly* less than Starbucks however I was disappointed the last time I went as my cup was overflowing with HOT coffee and when I CAREFULLY took the lid off it literally spilled everywhere...MAJOR overfill. When I got the lid back on and finally took a sip...they totally got my order wrong...no sugar in my coffee. Needless to say I was a bit upset, didn't have time to go back and complain but I think they would have gladly fixed it. They are friendly most other times I go!

Asked for Almond milk because my husband has stomach issues. They used real milk and charges us for Almond. Even says AM on the cup. Sad.

We go here everyday and the manager wants to have a nasty attitude because I said ice white chocolate instead ice white mocha….swears I always say white ice coffee …everyone of the employees call it something different…I have no clue how to order anymore so I just ask for ice white chocolate and let them decide what to fix ….we aren’t picky….the way we. Were treated today 🤬 just lost a regular daily customer..,the employees laughing at the way she treated us was beyond childish…I don’t see this place staying open long with this attitude running this place

Went in to get a Mochasippi and asked it not to blended and no extra flavor shot. I just wanted it with ice. I guess that was too much to ask for, and the lady couldnt grasp that. I felt like it was a very simple request, she kept demanding i get a extra syrup shot. I didnt want that, cause i knew it would be too sweet. I just wanted the mochasippi mix with one shot of esspresso over ice, i told her that and she just rolled her eyes. I get the order and it was warm and it was not mixed well. And was way to sweet. I hated it. Please stop making your drinks so sweet, it really puts off the taste of the coffee.
