PJ's Coffee

I'm giving 4 stars because their coffee is really good. I did however just go through the drive-thru, so that is my only experience. It's also quite expensive. I think I spent over $6 on a latte with oat milk.

One wird for this place:

Thanks to my barista, Ashley, I did not die in today's heat. Frozen hot chocolate was a win.

The protein velvet ice is the tastiest, healthy drink I've ever had! Low in calories and in grams of sugar! And they have a drive-thru! PS it was the one in bossier.

Very friendly customer service. Coffee is wonderful and what ever temperature you want. Lots of Yummy pastries, "New Orleans Style" Can't get any better than New Orleans coffee and pastries. Would give them a 10 if I could. They also have a points system for freebies. Check out their website.

I go to PJ’s 2 times a week (or more) and I cannot be more pleased with this business. The employees are always helpful and always offer to make me “secret” gems of their own design! The atmosphere is so calming and comfortable. This is a must go!

So I'm an out of towner, and I brought my sister and ladyfriendperson with me to try them out since we're staying in Bossier for the weekend.

This place was fantastic from the moment I stepped in the door. It has a modern rustic aesthetic, and the entire building just shined it was so clean.

I had the mocha velvet ice, some ben-yays (thanks for that yall!) and the Applewood bacon and cheddar sandwich. My sister got the maple sausage and egg biscuit and devoured it in no time!

My ladyfriendperson had the blueberry latte (WOW!) which was super delicious, and the turkey sausage on English muffin.

Every bit of the food was delightful and made me want more, but the drink was truly something else.

BRING PJS TO DALLAS PLEASE!

Best coffee I've had in a long time! To me it's better than Starbucks, PJ's has way more coffee flavor, and Emily was amazing at helping me order for the first time!

I've only been here a couple of times, but they seem to be a direct competitor to Starbucks. The coffee is incredibly similar, but, given my rating, I also enjoy it better. The atmosphere is also better if you ask me. Plus, their cups have the heat shield preinstalled, and it won't fall off.

PJ's is a great alternative to the other big "bucks" coffee house. The atmosphere was quiet, not crowded and I enjoyed my visit. The staff was really friendly and helpful and never seemed rushed. I ordered a coffee with cream which was delicious. Give PJ's a try and you won't see "Stars" anymore
